Nice Ocean Front Property
Good location as it’s just over the Malibu city limit. Nice size house with wonderful deck on 2nd level. Stayed 5 nights in early July.

Big and bold and scary
Super dangerous beach, also the bottom doors don’t lock (from corrosion?). Great kitchen and views from kitchen, master and living but if you have young kids or want to walk the beach it’s a definite no. Isolated and a little scary.

Unfortunately your stay was during a terrible storm in Malibu. When there is high winds and large waves, walking on the beach close to the water can be difficult. This has nothing to do with the home, but more with Mother Nature. We have replaced the bottom door lock. The home is directly on the ocean and occasionally the lock needs to be replaced because of the salt water in the air.

Beautiful and well-appointed home, which served as the perfect backdrop to my family’s vacation. The owner was a joy to interact with and I found him quick to answer any and all questions. We hope to have the opportunity to gather again as a family and stay in this very home again.

Wonderful house!!!
The house was so wonderful. Pictures don’t do it justice. It is very comfortable, clean, and modern. The location is excellent. If you still have doubts about where to rent the house on the ocean or across , choose the first one! Experience with ocean on the backyard is unforgettable .

Beautiful place but possible sewer problems? We couldn’t sleep in bottom floor bedroom because of over powering sulfur smell? Seemed worse after we would shower? Also patio doors wouldn’t open n some we couldn’t lock downstairs??
