Prisvärt nära tunnelbanan
Det var det bästa hotellet på vår rundresa i USA. Stort och bra rum, ordentlig frukost och gångavstånd till Union station.

Staff was great, from arrival to the night clerk and check out! The room was clean and beds were super comfy! Had a great experience, seems like the renovation are ongoing which means I’ll be staying here again whenever I have another concert near by.

Hello James: Unfortunately for you the entire incident was recorded on our video cameras. You even pulled the snacks out of your jacket and returned them to the agent. You eventually paid the security deposit. That was a good thing, because you tried to leave without paying for parking. So the parking charge was deducted from the security deposit. Our desk agent did everything correctly. Rick Jones

Elevator broke and I had my baby with me in a stroller such hassle to use stairs and I asked for help because the stair door was locked and was told to just walk down the ramp with my baby and all belongings horrible I would like a refund

Hello Maria: Sorry you had this experience with us. There are things like elevators that we cannot control. The reason the agent told you go take the ramp is because you could put your baby in the stroller and roll down the ramp. Again, sorry we cannot control everything on the property. Best,Rick Jones

The rooms are surprisingly nice and tastefully furnished. The bed was very comfortable also. Even the bathroom was sleek. It's a bit of a hidden gem with easy parking and downtown skyline views. Quite nice staff as well.
