The beds at least seem clean and are comfortable. I was put into a smoking room, I didn’t question it as it was 10pm when I arrived and I was just ready to get a shower and into bed. The place reaks of cigarettes, the carpet needs replacing badly and there’s holes and scuff marks all over the walls. Just checked my reservation now that I’ve got my kid squared away and I did request non-smoking. My bad for checking in so late? Whatever, at least it’s just for a night and we know to avoid this place. The staff at the front desk were very friendly at check in

Everything in this hotel is very bad. Bed was broken. Mattrases are old and saggy. Lights are not working. Air conditioner is broken. No investement in this hotel. They give you complimentary bottle of vine to make you feel better but everything in this hotel is really terrible

I loved the comfortable bed, the super fluffy pillows, they were so comfortable, I slept great! Also, really liked that they used branded shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc. The free wine that was included in my VIP Expedia perks was an unexpected delight.

The property itself was excellent. The rooms were updated
The one problem I had was I couldn't get wifi, so was unable to use my computer at all. No nice dining in the area, need to drive to the mall. The property was clean, and comfortable, but the area was undesirable.

Smell bad and very dirty
Bad impressions walked to the room and saw cockroaches. We stayed for 2 nights no one come and clean the room at all. We put all trash at the trash can but so full. When we checked out, he got mad that so much trash in the can. And talked bad to us that don’t come back here again.

People running this hotel needs a job that doesn’t require any people skills. My bottle of wine for being a VIP member was not in the room and when I called to inquire I was told to come to the front desk and get it if I wanted. When asked over the phone (2 separate occasions sighing the same stay) about early check in time, I was given 30 min before the regular check in time. Same when I called to ask for late check out. Working in hospitality industry for over 20 years, I know the rules and understand the operational side of a hotel…I had to remind the staff on the phone of the actual times and only then and with attitude I was given…additional 15 min… customer service training is the minimum I would recommend to them.
