Both the day and night offer gorgeous views of the sky high architecture surrounding the loft. Inside the massive space are chic, minimal neutral toned furnishings providing you with a tranquil retreat perched perfectly in the midst of the downtown skyline. Featuring an antique piano, spacious living area and fully equipped kitchen. The home is stocked with eco friendly and natural hair, body care, cleaning products and linens. The space is accented with live greenery throughout and white floor to ceiling curtains that diffuse the California sunshine all to enhance the tranquility of this oasis.

The rooftop boasts a swimming pool, hot tub, barbecues, lounge areas and fire pits all for your enjoyment. 

THE SLEEPING AREA

The four post wooden Queen bed invites you to slumber on a memory foam cloud of a mattress dressed with organic cotton sheets, a fluffy quilted comforter and ample pillows to nestle into after a fun day on the town. The floor is covered in a 100% wool rug to greet your toes in the morning. A large closet with hanging shelves is available to store and organize your belongings. A child’s crib is available upon request. 

THE LIVING AREA

Two wide chaise lounges flank the living arems massive coffee table which can accommodate two extra guests. The area is set up to feature the view but also the 50” flat screen. A vintage metal crate offers cozy throws to snuggle up with and put on your favorite Nerflix/ Hulu/ Amazon Prime flick. An antique chest is filled to the brim with board games and cards perfect for gathering with friends.

The featured standup piano is functional encouraging all to hit a tune. Flanked by antique Turkish olive jars decorated with pampas grass fronds.

THE KITCHEN

The fully supplied kitchen has a dishwasher, large sink with detachable faucet spout, 4 burner stove, microwave, countertop, toaster over, water kettle, blender, juicer, air fryer and instant pot. The over sized island is set on caster wheels to move at your convenience. There are place sets for up to 8 guests. There are condiments and a stocked spice cabinet for your use.

Next to the kitchen is a stacked washer and dryer with plant-derived detergent available.

THE RESTROOM

A large soaking tub duals as a shower. The toilet is equipped with a hand held bidet. Plush towels and cloths welcome you. Eco friendly, natural soap and washes are at the ready. A blow drier, hair straightener, and clothing steamer is available.
