Great location, adorable house, exactly as described
Our stay was perfect. Property was central to everything, had off street parking, was so clean, well equipped and adorable. Communications were easy, timely and provided great recommendations. Would stay again anytime we come to LA to visit!

The Perfect Getaway
My husband and I traveled to LA for a long weekend with our neice to celebrate her 18th birthday. A weekend away is a tradition we started with her on her 6th bday. This is the first time she had privacy - we usually stay in a hotel room. This house is PERFECT! Everything was immaculate. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and attractive and have plenty of storage space as well. Both rooms have very comfortable beds and linens. The main living area is very spacious, comfortable and pretty. There wasn't anything missing in the kitchen. Beautifully stocked. Our landlord Jeff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The driveway parking was a nice bonus! I only have one small suggestion - and that is to provide brighter lights in the master bedroom. I love having the dim option, but it was too dark for me. Couldn't read in bed at night. Otherwise a 10+ rating.

One of the Best
We frequent vacation rentals quite often and Jeff's property stands out above the rest. The location is perfect, the house is charming and stylish, everything is spotlessly clean, and there isn't a thing one could think of that wasn't provided, including toothpaste and sodas and waters in the fridge. We cannot recommend this place more highly. Jeff and his wife have set the bar for all others to follow.

Still Can't Believe I Found It
I've been to LA at least a dozen times, and stayed at a lot of places. This one is a keeper. I brought my 18 and 13 year old sons. It was wonderful - and it had a lot to do with the lovely, easy, super-comfortable accommodations. For the same cost as an okay hotel where we'd all be on top of each other - we had 2 full bedrooms and baths, a kitchen (stocked with the basics), laundry (blessing with boys), patio space, room for entertaining, and a free parking spot in a perfect neighborhood. Amazing restaurants are in walking (or easy driving) distance, a great grocery store (Pavillion's - way better than Whole Foods in LA) is around the corner, and if you like ice cream - don't skip Salt & Straw on Santa Monica Blvd. Communication with the owner was easy and excellent. We'll be back next summer.

Great quaint home and quiet neighborhood.
The property was clean and provided everything necessary for a 4 day stay. The masters bedroom mattress could be updated for a more comfortable sleep. The location is close to most attractions. The owners occupy the garage which feels like someone is always watching you but owners are accommodating and responds fast.

Great Place In a Perfect Location
It’s as good, or better, in person as in the photos. Well-appointed and spacious (and very clean), it’s perfect for 2-4 people with its two bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen was fully equipped. The best feature is that the house is located as centrally as possible in LA. Whether you’re headed to somewhere in West Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Hollywood, or west LA, you won’t have to drive far. There’s a good Pavillions supermarket nearby. The off street parking is a big plus. We would absolutely stay there again.

Delightful Retreat
It was a pleasure staying at Jeff’s cottage. It was exactly as advertised and in pictures. Clean, nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. Jeff provided every detail to enhance our stay. The bed was comfortable with nice linens. The back patio has a nice space with a large table, chairs and umbrella. A BBQ is also provided. Thank you Jeff for your incredible hospitality. Home away from home.
Every aspect of our experience staying in this home was 5 star. The owner accommodated every need, going above and beyond by adding beautiful outdoor dining and seating so that we could have social distance visits with our LA family. I prepared wonderful meals in the fully equipped kitchen and we really felt that we had all the comforts of home. Upon our arrival we were greeted with gifts on the table for our newborn Grandson as well as Champagne and cookies for us to enjoy during our stay. There were toiletries, soaps and plenty of high quality cleaning supplies on hand for us as well. The home is located in a great walkable area near parks, shops and restaurants. Walk in any direction and you’re on an adventure. Parking was always available in the driveway and on the street with a permit for us and our guests. We hope to stay here again and again when we visit our son, his wife and our Grandson as often as possible.

Great Location In West Hollywood
Everything was great about the property. Superb location, near several good restaurants, coffee shops, Melrose, and the Sunset Strip. It was just two of us so there was plenty of room, if there were another couple it still would be plenty of space. Parking and laundry was a plus. Would definitely stay here again!!
