Lovely beach stay
So close to the beach, walkable to eateries and stores, an efficiency with with almost everything you need in a fulll kitchen, and gracious hosts made this a very nice long term pad

5 Weeks in Paradise
Our winter get-away couldn't have been more perfect; the accommodations, location and hosts are all wonderful. The ocean, restaurants and groceries were within easy walking distance. We will stay here again.

Highly recommend this place
I stayed at this house for three months, and I highly recommend it based on the following: 1) Very responsive host; they would address any issue on time 2) Location; it is excellent that you are about 3 to 5 minutes walking to the beach. 10-15 minutes to downtown (Village) 3) The studio is clean, and they provide a cleaning service every other week 4) The view from the front porch or the backyard is great Finally, I highly recommend this; and I hope that I get an opportunity to go back again soon.

Amazing Stay
This property was perfect for our needs this Summer. The property managers are both very kind and attentive and usually around if you need anything. I truly had the best 4th of July sharing their porch and watching all of the fireworks throughout the bay and inland. We loved the location and the little town nearby. Their small freezer was perfect for our needs and surprised me how much fit inside. The only thing I really needed was a washer & dryer as our daughter plays beach volleyball. We loved and enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

If you're looking for a long term stay this is the place to go! Richard and his wife were so kind and the place so clean and well put together. I will be staying here again for work purposes soon, and i couldn't be happier.

Quiet Near-Beach Hideaway
I enjoyed my stay at the property. I was there a month and loved it’s access to the beach (walked there daily) and local shopping. Room was clean and service was excellent. Very quiet and restful. I didn’t use the cooking materials - other than the coffee maker and microwave.

Beautiful Stay!
This was the perfect suite for my 2 week stay in Redondo Beach - beautiful, quiet, and walkable neighbourhood, 5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute walk to Riviera Village for groceries, coffee, dining. I rented a bike and enjoyed several days of cycling along The Strand, feeling like a local in no time! The suite is very high quality - very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, and spotless kitchenette. There is a large clothes closet, complete with beach chair, umbrella and beach towel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, especially the private patio. Richard & Susan are wonderful hosts and were always available. I highly recommend this spot and will be back. I miss the spectacular ocean views!

Redondo Beach Stay
This is a really nice property in a great location. The room we stayed in didn’t have a view of the ocean but it did have two outside decks that afforded us some marvelous views. Also, it was only a short distance from the beach and we were able take some walks on the Strand while staying there. The hosts were gracious and helpful, when needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

Perfect location!
What a great find! 5 minutes from my parents house, husband and I were visiting them for a long weekend, but wanted to have our own space/landing pad-this was a lovely treat! Super clean and updated, private entrance, like an extended stay suite (fridge, microwave, kitchen sink, dishes) with enough space to yoga stretch and steps to a million dollar view. Would have used the private patio, but it was December so too chilly for me. We met the owners briefly in passing who are really nice, wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. The view on the deck is amazing. We also walked to the beach (2 blocks) and watched the sunset the first night.

An evening in the Riviera
Great location, just a short walk to Torrance beach and a 15 minute walk down into Hollywood Riviera for dinner. The studio with kitchenette was large and had a private patio. It was very clean and comfortable. Very enjoyable stay.

Perfect Weekend at the Beach
We were in town for the weekend and our stay was fabulous at Richard and Susan's beautiful home! Richard greeted us upon arrival and showed us to our room. We loved the flexibility to come and go through the back patio door. The home is quiet, peaceful and very relaxing with plenty of ocean views! Our room was sparkling clean and comfortable with lots of natural light and a room darkening shade. The ensuite bathroom is modern and spacious, and the water pressure in the shower, heavenly! The lighting in the bathroom was perfect for applying makeup. Thank you Richard and Susan for your wonderful hospitality! We look forward to returning next time we're in town! Leslie and Ed

Enjoyable
Overall it was a good experience and was as explained in the description. I enjoyed being able to sit outside and have the ocean nearby. Very nice people and helpful. Our only issue was that there was someone in the room next to us which wasn't disclosed. We only knew because of hearing the television and seeing her walk past our window. Not a huge deal but would have been nice to know upfront.

Convenient and amazing location
I did not know the outskirts of LA could be so beautiful. This location was perfect - conveniently located to my conference venue and airport. The room was beautifully appointed, the bed and linens superb and the hosts both welcoming and gracious. It is a short walk to the local village and lovely beach. There are plenty of yummy dining options.

A Most Wonderful Home Away from Home
Richard and Susan were extremely welcoming and gracious hosts. They provided everything we needed including an extra twin bed, plenty of linens, a delicious breakfast each morning, beach equipment, lemons from their tree, snacks, filtered water and a mini-kitchen. The home was quiet, beautifully remodeled and in a gorgeous neighborhood with views of the ocean as well as the sunset each night. It was an easy walk to the beach and to Riviera Village with restaurants, shops, groceries, and activities. I spend a lot of time in Redondo Beach and this was a perfect location and setup— I most definitely recommend it!

The space was great. Very clean and the hosts were extremely kind. It was in a great location just a few minutes from the beach. We were however a little disappointed that we were unable to use the full kitchen, and living space. (That were in the pictures) We felt that because the space was so tight between us and the owners that we were interrupting their lives. We were given a mini BBQ to cook our dinners. And basically could only hangout outside the house. So no real space for us to chill inside. Which was unfortunate because it was cold during our trip, so only being able to socialize as a group outside was a little frustrating. Overall we didn’t spend that much time at the house so this wasn’t that big of a deal. We just wish that we had more private space and or a living room so we didn’t always have to be outside.

Thank you for your detailed review. You 3 were wonderful guests and we enjoyed having you stay with us. Unfortunately, I think you had a misconception of our accommodations. As stated in our VRBO description, we offer one room for two people (plus a child). We give our guests access to a large hallway with a refrigerator and microwave and a patio with a barbecue. We also offer a simple breakfast and we serve the breakfast in our dining room located in the great room. Because of the room size we don't normally accept 3 adults, but we made an exception for you because you notified us at the last minute that you had added a 3rd adult. Sorry that you had the wrong perception. We'll take a look at our description and see if we can make our description clearer for future guests.

Perfection!
My daughter and I stayed for two nights. I was SO DELIGHTED with this place! It's clean and new and beautiful and smells good! I loved the ocean view, the quiet neighborhood feel, the couple minute walk to the beach, and the lovely double vanity bathroom was heavenly with the two of us! I was concerned when I got there because I'm an introvert by nature. They are open and friendly AND give you your space. No need for concern. I opted to use the back door but they also allow you to use the front door if you wish. I parked right in the driveway which was very convenient! I couldn't be more please! Thank you Richard and Susan!

Fantastic property and hosts
Amazing property and the view is incomparable. This is only eclipsed by the hosts (Richard and Susan). Great stay, note that you are renting a room for the price but the hosts are very respectful and quiet. They even do a great room service job and really go out of their way to make you feel welcome with snacks and drinks etc

walk to the beach
We liked our stay very much. The beach is very close , less than 5 mins nice walk. The room is good size, with very comfortable bed, freshly remodeled. We enjoyed our breakfasts and conversations with the hosts. If you like relaxing on a terrace with a view, and walks on the beach - this is the perfect spot.

House is gorgeous block from the beach , amazing view of the beach and the south bay coast the morning breakfast was amazing the view from patio next to our room is gorgeous also . Will definitely go back
