Gross beds and rude treatment by owners
Cheap but gross there’s a reason you don’t see the bathrooms in the pictures before booking and the bedding was filthy when I went to ask for clean bedding I was talk to and treated like I was a liar I didn’t get any bedding until I asked him if he wanted to go see for himself this place is ran by the owners who live on site I do not recommend anyone to stay here

The guy at the counter wanted cash for the security deposit regardless i said NO just charge my CC then he said we will extra charge more on top just for using myCC , the hot water last an eternity to come out the shower, very noisy place at nights you could hear the fwy traffic all night long.

My stay at Express Inn was thoroughly unsatisfactory, marred by an array of issues that underscored the establishment's lack of concern for guest comfort. The owner's evident power trip manifested through arbitrary rules and a dismissive attitude, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere. Adding to the discomfort was the owner's son, who patrolled the premises, contributing to a sense of unease rather than providing any semblance of security. The presence of stains on the bed and the unfortunate discovery of roaches made the room far from the clean and inviting space one expects from a motel. What further soured the experience was the excessively strict no-visitors policy, a measure enforced with an insistence on collecting visitors' IDs for copying. This requirement not only felt invasive but also led to friends opting out of visiting altogether, undermining the purpose of a social stay. Moreover, the owner's practice of personally knocking on doors at 11:00 am to hasten check-out reflected a lack of consideration for guests' privacy and sleep. It appeared as though customer satisfaction took a backseat to the owner's convenience, leaving a lasting impression of a business that prioritizes its rules over the well-being of its patrons. To add insult to injury, the evident inconsistency in rule enforcement and the seemingly arbitrary nature of these rules only compounded the negative experience. Express Inn failed to meet even the basic standards of a comfortable motel.

Please don't stay here
TLDR: not as they've advertised. The front desk, well side window, person's eyes were so heavily bloodshot that I'm not sure they could be the whites of his eyes ever again. He was very adamant about no smoking in rooms or on the property, okay no problem. The family and I head up to the room, turned on the lights and bugs flew at us. No end tables, which is bad if you have to have a breathing machine to sleep. More bugs in the microwave. Did not feel safe in room or neighborhood. We were out of there in under 5 minutes.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I needed to for this one because from someone who stays at plenty of hotels from time to time, this one is on the bottom of the list. If I could have left a 0 star review I would. To start off , their “ clean “ towels had stains on them, their “clean” sheets had stains on them ( we had to use our own , luckily we had blankets in the car ) ; the AC had water leaking all on the floor , we woke up to a puddle on the side of the bed. To top it off, They are probably the most rude hotel hosts I’ve encountered. No type of customer service nor communication. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody , definitely not worth your money. If I was able to get a refund , I most definitely would. We will never be staying here again.

I can’t really comment on my stay because when I turned on the lights to the room I saw bugs scurrying all over the floor and when I went into the bathroom they were running all over the tub. At that point I went back to the office to get my $60 cash deposit back and started looking for other accommodations. Although I didn’t actually stay longer than a couple of minutes I did notice that room is about as Spartan as you can get. I wouldn’t recommend this property.
