Beautiful LBGP Weekend
Had an amazing time at the LBGP and having such a wonderful place to stay just made it all the better. The place was perfect with attention to detail and very clean in a very nice neighborhood. I appreciated all of the nice touches and the pride in the rental. I highly recommend this to anyone planning a stay in the Long Beach area. Thank you to the owners for providing a fantastic place to stay.

Perfect!
This place was absolutely perfect! It was VERY close to the beach, walking distant. It’s super close to a ton of fantastic restaurants. It has a garage! The garage was so nice to have because street parking can be difficult. The condo had anything and everything you could need. The host left all kinds of extras-snacks, beverages, toiletries! I would absolutely book this place again and recommend it to couples (or small families). Communication with the host was great too!

Good Vibes
This property is nicely furnished, clean, and WELL STOCKED! We had everything we needed and more. We found the beds to be super cozy. Normally I need a day or two to adjust to a new bed, but I zonked out easy every night here. Denver is a great host and is very responsive to questions. This place is a short walk to downtown Long Beach dining and an even shorter walk to the beach/ocean. The location is superb and we always felt safe in the neighborhood. I will definitely look for this place again if we ever come back to the LBC!

Beautiful Home, Attentive Owner
The place is great. I loved all the charm, the bed was great. I love sinking into a bed. Most places have terribly hard mattresses. It was clean, smelled clean and the furniture was tasteful, comfortable and again clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. The garage is tight space. We had an equinox we fit but it was a tight fit, which Denver covered in her description. Be aware of all the people in and out of that back alley. Watch for kids they tend to play back there. The property was really awesome with the trees, climbing flowering vines. Just wonderful!

This property exceeded my expectations. We were thrilled with all the extras included for us from food, wine, shampoo, lotion, sunscreen, beach necessities, bikes and much more. Denver, the host, was so helpful and accommodating. I needed a masher to make my mashed potatoes and she showed up with one right away. One of the bikes had a bad tire and she fixed it immediately. We loved the living and dining space. We were able to accommodate six family members comfortably for Thanksgiving dinner at the table and around the TV. I cannot say enough about the location. We walked to several restaurants, breweries, the movie theater and the beach during our stay. Vons grocery store was a short 8-minute walk! The garage to park our rental car in was a BIG plus. I cannot say enough good things about the property and the manager.

Long Beach or bust!
Stayed at this property for an extra long weekend to visit family - easy access to the marina and downtown, amenities were outstanding and host was incredible! We highly recommend staying at this property and will check availability on our next along Beach visit.

Well-Equipted/Stocked
The apartment was super cute and the beds were very comfortable!!! The AC worked great, the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking items. We had everything we could have possibly needed for the week thanks to the host! We were so impressed with how well-stocked it all was! There was a closet full of everything we could have needed for a beach day (wagon, bags, beach towels, boogie boards, umbrellas etc.), food (an unbelievable amount of items that the host stocked), snacks, beverages (kid and adult), as well as numerous other items that were so useful during the week!!!! We were so impressed with this and appreciated this SO MUCH! The parking was a little tricky sometimes. We had to occasionally come back later in the day, so finding a spot was sometimes hard. There was a garage in the alley behind the apartments we could have used anytime, so that was good. However, because it was only my daughter and I we didn't always feel comfortable walking the alley way in the dark. We were there for softball so had some early mornings and late nights and had to walk the alley in the dark several times. The alley way felt safe during the daylight hours, however, and if it wasn't just the two of us we would have felt safer walking the alley in the dark. This host went above and beyond to make her apartment a great stay!

Beautiful, quaint! Cannot say enough great things about the stay!
We loved this home! We will def keep this in mind for future trips to LB. The home was beautiful and there were so many additional welcoming features like beautiful cupcakes, ice cream, and cold drinks in the fridge. There is a closet with a beach wagon and supplies and even coins for the washer and dryer. The only downsides were the bed felt like it wanted to roll the outside person onto the floor at times and the parking could be difficult with the garage being a bit of a tight squeeze, but those 2 small things were completely cancelled by the great stay and experience this lovely home provided! I truly cannot say enough nice things.

Amazing Rental
This is a beautiful and amazing apartment. Everything you can think of was at your fingertips. Fully stocked kitchen and bath, comfortable sofa and beds. You can’t go wrong renting this property. Made travelling easy!!
This is my first experience using VRBO and I'm afraid its set some very high standards! for future hosts, if I ever need to stay somewhere other than LA. I travel often for work and have always stayed in hotels that have the typical hotel items like shower products, hair dryer, iron etc. but this home was above and beyond and really had a home feel to it. This trip, I travelled as an athlete from Australia for a major tournament. I specifically needed a kitchen, laundry, and ideally a bath tub for ice baths.. WOW did I get more than what I could have hoped and it made my stay and time preparing for the tournament so much easier! 'Check-in' process was so simple! I received a message in the VRBO app and via email prior to arrival, regarding the check in process plus everything else I needed to know about my stay. The info was thorough, laid out very clearly and I didn't have a single question from then on. The house was very clean, tidy and spacious and yet it had everything you could think of from blankets to snacks, from beach items to cotton buds... At any point, if I thought of something I wish I brought, it was already there in the house ready to use! This really made a huge difference for my stay. I was using Lyft/Uber to get around and it was so simple to head over to the grocery store (Vons) for food and anything I needed, but having a few of those small things like some snacks, toiletries, and even spare change for the laundry made life so much easier! Amazing!

Such a Treat!
It was such a treat to come home to this lovely space each evening. We had a WONDERFUL time and were VERY Pleasantly surprised how well appointed the apartment is, how clean it was, how many little extra amenities were included. It gives such a feeling of abundance. Absolutely fantastic place to stay in Long Beach!
I’m a little hesitant to leave this review because I definitely want to rent here again and I want it to be available.!! This place is fantastic! I have rented lots of houses from various sites and this one takes the cake! The accommodations were pristine and it was stocked extremely well! I have never stayed at a place that had literally everything you would need on your trip and then some! We were so comfortable in the evenings, watching movies and relaxing. I STROnGLY encourage guests to stay at this amazing place! You will be so glad you booked it! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Wonderful Property
I seldom give 10/10 reviews. But this host deserves it. The apartment was spotless, well furnished, and fully equipped. The kitchen has upscale cooking utensils and a fully stocked pantry, refrigerator and freezer. A utility closet contains a full complement of beach gear, enough for an entire family: towels, toys, even a wagon to pull all the gear to the beach 2 blocks away. The 1 bedroom has 2 queen beds and more than ample extra coverings and drawers. The neighborhood is quiet and the adjacent apartment tenants aren't noisy. It is about 4 blocks from the eastern edge of downtown and the Long Beach Marina. I would definitely rent again when I need lodging in the vicinity.

A lovely spacious apartment with everything you could need. The owner leaves you a vast amount of supplies upon arrival. The apartment is really comfortable and only a 5 min walk from the beach and 20 mins from the shoreline village restaurants.

Die am besten ausgestattete Wohnung
Es war einfach toll hier zu sein. Tolle Lage, 5 min bis zum Strand 40 min zum Sunst Strip. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Von Trinkwasser bis zum Bollerwagen für den Strand vom Fön bis zum Deo, vom Olivenöl zur TKPizza einfach alles. Vielen Dank. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier so genossen. Great rental home.
We enjoyed your 1 bedroom, 1 bath home and look arge eating area and living room. I didn't care for the neighbors that often would smoke on the front porch patio. But you can't do anything about that. Thank you for all the food and drinks and bathroom amenities you provided for us. Everything was great. We enjoyed the bikes two days. Need to check tire pressure for next guest. You have everything we needed for our easy walk to the beach: wagon, towels, lotion and chairs even.

This place is amazing! It has everything you need.
It is a great location and has a garage. It was a tight but my Toyota Highlander fit in it. The bedroom has 2 very comfortable double beds. It is close to a lot of restaurants and beaches. The host has thought of everything vacationers need including beach chairs, towels, beach toys and a canvas wagon to carry all your things to the beach. I will definitely be coming back here! The best rental ever!
Wow! Exactly like the photos! Absolutely beautiful rental with literally everything you could possibly need. Freezer full of ice cream, fridge and cupboards full, laundry items, sun creams, you really don’t need anything!! Decorated to a really high standard with lots of little touches that made this place so homely. Comfy beds, loads of towels and a store room full of EVERYTHING! beach chairs, buckets and spades for the kids, beach chairs, we only realised on the last day we had bikes! The garage was a huge bonus, especially returning from Disney at midnight - no need to worry about parking. 5 minute walk to a lovely quiet beach. We loved Long Beach and would 100% return and stay here again. Neighbours were very polite and helpful too. An absolutely outstanding example of how to do a VRBO well. Denver is the best host EVER! Thank you for having us!

Simply amazing
Our stay at Denver’s Apartment was very pleasant. She really thought of every little detail. From a stocked kitchen to hygiene articles and sun chairs for us to take to the beach… and everything was 100% clean. This absolutely exceeded my expectations. Location is also great. Just a short walk to the beach. We took the bikes and had such a fun time. I can’t recommend this enough!

Although the property was clean and well stocked the host was disrespectful. We felt very uncomfortable and this put a damper on our trip. We’d done absolutely nothing to warrant this within 24 hrs she started sending messages about rules and warnings about throwing parties. We were confused until the next morning the neighbors who are leasing tenants told us she actually came to the property after 1130 asking them had we thrown a party?! We’re an elderly couple the only thing we could think of is that it was race motivated. After her coming to the property asking about us we felt she was being creepy at that point. If my host can’t respect my family then I certainly wouldn’t recommend this place to others

Thanks soooooo very very much again Denver for offering your absolutely incredible gorgeous place! It’s the perfect place for our little beach getaways! And Denver, the owner/hostess went way above and beyond to provide us with everything included (cold drinks, beers, snacks, cupcakes for my hubby’s birthday, stocked pantry, other yummy but needed items as well) plus TONS and TONS more!! Denver did not over look any kind of detail… This is probably our most favorite rental place ever and since the pandemic we’ve kind of rented a bunch… The neighborhood is quiet and safe but surprisingly in such an optimal location!!! Like a block or so from the beach and close to all the action and fun in downtown too!! Plus, I think Denver has the best decorating for sure of all the places and even resorts/hotels we’ve stayed at. Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous!!! The pictures do not do her place justice …. Plus she’s added more decor and lovely touches since we were there last time. If I’m being honest I kinda secretly regret writing such a glowing review because I want ALL of our future booking dates to be available for us…lol but we are again just sooooooo very THANKFUL for Denver allowing us to have this time in her lovely lovely comfortable immaculate place, plus all she set up/left for us to enjoy….. We stayed 4 nights and could not have enjoyed the apartment and location more. We had snacks, cold drinks, and sweet treats awaiting our arrival. Super clean and cozy. Did not expect how incredibly well-appointed the place was; it was truly a wonderful stay. The location was ideal. Loved having a garage and plenty of places to walk to. We took the bikes on the beach path which was a good time also. Communication with Denver was outstanding. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to stay in Long Beach, it is such a convenient location. A home away from home for sure!

Absolutely perfect in every way!
This was our first experience with VRBO and I don't think anything will ever beat this place! It was beautiful and in a great neighborhood! The house was perfect and so comfortable! The hosts thought of absolutely everything down to cold beer and drinks for the kids, a fully stocked pantry and beach closet to any bathroom supply you may have forgotten! We had the best Vacation of our lives and we can't wait to go back! I've already recommended it to friends traveling to the same place!
