It sounds like you had a pleasant stay at Hotel Burbank! Being close to the Hollywood Bowl shuttle stop must have been convenient. It's great to hear that the check-in process was easy, the staff were friendly, and the room was comfortable and clean. It's also nice to have restaurants within walking distance. We apologize for the initial issue with the fridge but are glad that the staff resolved it quickly for you.
