Good hotel but poor staff. We started our journey with our cards not working when we checked in. We were forced to put $ 1400 as security deposit for 7 nights otherwise the woman at the front desk would cancel our stay. Good manager who apologized, but the problems continued. At check-out, minibar fees were added that we had to fight against, resturang visits that we did not receive. Thank you but never again. Too bad that bad staff should ruin an entire hotel

Viceroy lives up to the name
My second stay at the Viceroy. Amazing hotel with great suites and fantastic service in the middle of Beverly Hills. Will keep coming back for sure.

Trevligt hotell i Beverly Hills. Nära till både shopping och mat. Ett fint och rent hotell med trevlig och hjälpsam personal.

Hotel debits us without reason and without our acc
When we came home to our country we have found out that this hotel has debited us 2 times with 2 different amounts without reason. We have never sign som papper to accept som payment. We have never buy or order something witch give the hotel the reason to debit us. It made us really very sad and cost us a lot of time because our bank tried to solve the problem that hotel has made without reason. No nice. We still have not our money back.

The best service and the politest staff ever. Great rooms in a calm part of Beverly Hills. Classic with a nice personal atmosphere makes this hotel my #1 choice in Los Angelses.

Hotell L´Ermitage, Beverly Hills
Vi tyckte så pass bra om hotellet, att vi förlängde vår vistelse från en vecka till ytterligare två veckor, sammanlagt tre veckor. Fick då ett bra pris när vi förlängde. Mycket trevlig och uppmärksam personal. Kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell!

Everything about the property exceeded expectations. Only complaint and not a big deal for us but perhaps for others was that the rooftop pool was under renovation. We were not made aware of that prior to booking. Perhaps why rates were attractive. Really a nice place, great staff and good location.

Beautiful facility with extremely friendly staff in fantastic location. Very comfortable beds and luxurious rooms. The restaurant staff sometimes get lost hanging out together, the drinks are extremely expensive for a very short pour, and the two rooms on the second and probably third floor on the front are too noisy (main entrance and outdoor dining area, we unfortunately stayed in one). You hear everyone checking in, out, etc.

I would say this is the best location to stay in Beverly Hills if you want a calm, peaceful time that is super close to all the glitz and glitter. The service here is EXCEPTIONAL- the feel of the hotel is super classy and the rooms are super spacious! The managers are AMAZING! I actually considered staying at Four Seasons but even their location is not as nice as this one and the vibe is different of course.

Ein weiterer Grund zur Freude waren Sacha und Aldo, die uns nicht nur mit großartigen Dienstleistungen, sondern auch mit einem kostenfreien Fahrdienst begeisterten. Ihre Pünktlichkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und hilfreiche Empfehlungen für Restaurants in Beverly Hills und Umgebung haben unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gestaltet. Ein besonderes Lob gilt auch Jimmy vom Restaurant Team. Seine hilfreichen Tipps für unseren ersten Aufenthalt in L.A. waren äusserst nützlich, und seine Freundlichkeit hat einen bleibenden Eindruck hinterlassen. Awesome stay at L’Ermitage!!! Everyone was super nice and the property was beautiful and very clean. It’s right in the middle of an upscale neighborhood in Beverly Hills so you might miss it, but very convenient to all BH has to offer. The best shopping and restaurants are all within your reach. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt.
