La Vie en Rose 2

We'd love to welcome you to our comfortable and stylish duplex apartment! If you're looking for a centrally-located, stylish and roomy space, La Vie En Rose 2 is for you. Fully equipped kitchen for all your needs! *Please note this is a duplex, the other side is also a short term rental. For this reason, we are not a good fit for families with kids. In general, we ask you are mindful of loud noises and we thank you for being respectful during the quiet hours of 10pm- 8am.

The space
2 bed one bath with office space. Laundry and parking space available for you. Fully equipped kitchen for eating in, and easy access to what Los Angeles has to offer!

Before booking, make sure to reference the map to see the area of LA we are in. Los Angeles very spread out and being on the east side, we are not necessarily close the beach, for example. Please ensure this is the general location you want to stay in for a great experience!

We do love children but we do have a no children policy at this time. This is not a great fit for kids because it is a duplex with shared walls that can also share noise.

Please be respectful with your personal noise when in the house from the hours of 10pm-8pm. Loud noises/parties/music are not permitted, thank you for respecting this!

*Absolutely no smoking of any kind is permitted on our property, there will be a $250 non refundable cleaning fee if there is any smoking.

*Absolutely no animals of any kind are permitted on our property. Due to the our family being allergic to animal hair and dander, the listing is strictly allergy-free. There are no exceptions to this rule, as any animal on the property poses a severe health hazard to our family. If an animal is brought onto the property, you will not be permitted to check in. In addition, your reservation will be canceled and a non refundable cleaning fee will be imposed.
Guest access
You'll have total access to the space, including the driveway and laundry should you need it.
Other things to note
This is a clean, nice apartment style space in East Los Angeles we have lovingly restored to it's full potential. Please take care of our home as you would your own! We want you as well as others to enjoy your stay and be comfortable here.

DTLA is 15 minutes away by car (more or less depending on time of day and traffic!) We are a couple blocks away from the City Terrace/ELAC bus stop. Uber and Lyft is a great option as well! Parking is tough on the street, especially on street cleaning days.

We ask that you reference the map when booking to ensure this is the area of LA you want to stay. Los Angeles is huge and spread out and we are not necessarily close to the west side, for example. This is an urban and very city like neighborhood with not a ton of things to walk to.
