Topphotell! Snyggt och fräscht. Enda negativa var att det inte fanns wifi, då var man tvungen att bli medlem i Mariott Cluben. Tycker wifi borde finnas oavsett.

The lobby (Starbucks) and convenient airport shuttle are the best parts of the hotel. The business center was lacking (no where to charge your phone while you work), no pens etc. Carpet in the room was worn and dirty (heavily stained). Bathroom was very small (NYC hotel small). Asked to change room twice with a paid upgrade (wanted to pay to upgrade) and was told I would have to come back after 4 pm to change my room. Didn’t seem convenient when this was a paid upgrade. Came back after dinner and was told it was first come first served and there were no rooms available. Wasn’t told that previously, just to come after 4 pm. Just a miscommunication but inconvenient. Stayed at the Hyatt Regency last visit and that was booked so tried the Marriott this time. Hyatt was nicer in my opinion.

Great hotel right across the street from several car rental agencies so drop off your bags and walk to the hotel. They have free transportation to the terminals every 15 minutes. Easy!

For the price point, this hotel looks outdated and does not offer the service or experience of a four star hotel. Staff was not helpful in planning for airport shuttle, helping with bags. Public restrooms were dirty, doors did not work.

I paid for this stay through Expedia. The day after checking out, I found that I was charged more than the Expedia rate and in addition to what I had already paid through Expedia. The charge was made on my card that was required for “incidentals.” The staff member checking us in didn’t offer water, like the adjacent lines and did not tell us about the concierge level access based on my rewards status. I’ve left a message for Marriott Billing and have not received a response.

We stayed here one night to break up our flights. It was so convenient as it’s minutes away from LAX and they have a free shuttle to the airport. The staff is so incredibly nice - Corliss especially was the best at the front desk. Our trip started a little rough as our flight was incredibly delayed but as soon as we got the Marriott it all turned around for the better thanks to Corliss’ positive and welcoming spirit as well as the rest of the staff there! We will definitely stay here again!
