The are two tandem parking spots provided. Additional street parking throughout neighborhood, but is limited.

Please note: Fireplace is non-fire burning and includes an electronic insert

Property Notes:
-The bedroom with two twin beds has only 2 skylights and no additional windows
-This is a non-smoking property, smoking is prohibited in units and on balconies or decks per the Manhattan Beach smoking ordinance. Additionally, the beach and Strand Boardwalk are non-smoking
-We ask that all guests be respectful and courteous to our neighbors. This includes community quiet hours from 10pm-8am daily.
-Please note: Nearby construction may cause some daytime noise. Construction is permitted Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM &
Saturday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Getting Around:
Many locals prefer to walk throughout the city of Manhattan Beach or bike along the coast to explore other beach cities. You'll have access to one on-site parking space.

Other Things to Note:
Cleaning services are conducted prior to guest check-in only. Mid-stay cleanings can be scheduled based upon availability for an additional cleaning fee equal to the cleaning fee initially paid. If you would like to schedule a mid-stay cleaning, please let us know in advance.

No Smoking or Vaping Policy: Please be advised that for the enjoyment of our community, smoking of any type is strictly prohibited in the unit or anywhere on the premises. We reserve the right to charge a penalty cleaning fee ranging from $250 to $500 (based on the size of the unit) to any individual found smoking. This policy is enforced to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all guests and neighbors. Thank you for your cooperation.

Reminder: We reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee if the property is found to be excessively dirty after check-out. This fee starts at $250 and may increase depending on the time and cleaning supplies required by our cleaners.

A washer and dryer are available for shared use in the garage.

We recommend purchasing travel insurance when booking your stay with us as we are not able to provide refunds outside of our cancellation policies.

The Manhattan beach TOT 14% tax on our property is included automatically during guest check out, after July 01, 2023.


We are unable to accept early check-in requests including those for last-minute bookings. We will accept your request to book, but the standard check-in time for this unit will apply.

Please note this unit shares walls with other units so you may experience some noise transfer between units. There is a unit located below the living room floor of this unit.

Community Quiet Hours are in effect daily from 10 PM to 8 AM. All guests are required to comply at all times. The general quiet enjoyment for our neighbors should also be respected outside of these hours. Any complaints received from building management or neighbors regarding noise disturbances may result in booking cancellation. Our cancellation policy will be strictly upheld in such cases.

We kindly request that you refrain from sending mail or deliveries to our property, as we neither have a mailbox nor provide access for such items. For packages, please direct them to the nearest post office for collection. For food deliveries, please make sure to meet the delivery person to confirm that you received the order. Please note that we accept no responsibility for any lost or misplaced deliveries.

The fuse box for this unit is located in a separate unit nearby.

Great location, exactly like pics, and clean!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here, great location and clean!! Looks exactly like the pics. Construction was occuring mext door, but not at night/weekends and noise didn't bother us. Highly reccomend!

Nice location

Great location. Unfortunately there was a construction sight next door who start @ 8am with banging and drilling. Not the best experience. I came here on vacation to relax and sleep in. Didn’t want a bunch of construction workers at my window every morning looking into my bedroom.Management company is super mechanical in their response with a “let me check in with the company before I reply” generic answer each time. Very poor communication skills.

Location is great but not having any Air conditioning is Southern California is crazy at this daily rate. House was 87 degrees when I self checked in. Opening sliding doors brought it down to 78 degrees. Bedroom fans helped but did not get rooms to acceptable sleeping temp.was com

A beach treasure!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property with our family of six. The house was beautiful and incredibly comfortable. The location could not be more perfect. Our host was very attentive and communicative. We will definitely book this property again.
