I always enjoy coming to stay here. The environment is very quiet and is close to the mall. Good options are great! Only downside to my last stay, being there for about 5 days, no one came to my room to restock toiletries or anything. My room was completely skipped, my entire time there.

Cleanliness would discourage me from staying at this property again. Light switches and around door handles were filthy. Frame around mirror in bathroom was splashed with all kinds of different color liquids. No breakfast included-kind of the nice part of staying in hotels. I would not stay here again.

The airport is convenient to Ontario Airport and I like that there's a bar and restaurant in the hotel. I've stayed several times before but I did not have a good stay this trip. While my room was available early and clean, there were several issues in the room. The TV remote didn't work and I asked the front desk to have someone look at it while I was out for the day but nobody did. In addition, the toilet flush had an issue, the coffee maker didn't work properly, the sink didn't drain easily and when I tried to call the front desk to alert them of the issues, the room phone didn't work either! There are a lot of options in the ONT airport area, so I hope I can find another hotel with fewer issues.
