Another amazing stay
This is our second time staying at this location. I cannot emphasize how amazing the location is, especially if you are visiting Warner Bros., Universal Studios, or Hollywood. The location is extremely quiet and safe, stores and restaurants are close by, and the drive to Universal is less always quick. The apartment is updated and lovely as well.

Excellent property.
Very clean, updated older building, comfortable bed but no box spring. The apartment is well stocked with everything one could possibly need. Parking in the rear is very helpful. Great location. We would definitely stay at this rental. Kyla is very responsive. Thanks for a relaxed setting for our family visit.

Great place, close to lots of things
The host was great at communication the entire stay. We did not need anything extra but if we did, I’m sure she would have been quick to respond! The apartment is a great size, very clean, and in a great location. I would stay here again when I come back to town!

Visiting Family
We have a stayed at this property twice and will continue to use it as our "home" when we come Burbank. It is close to almost all attractions in the LA area (this time we went to Universal Studios and the LA Zoo and both were under 25 minutes away).

Burbank Getaway
We’ve stayed here a few times and we’re never disappointed. The unit is always fully stocked with everything you need. Kyla is always quick to respond to any question or concerns. You’re centrally located by all the freeways and minutes away from Universal Studios, and steps away from Warner Brothers tours. This is our go to place when staying in the Los Angeles area. We always look forward to staying here.

Burbank Getaway
We love staying @ this property it’s centrally located by all the main freeways. You can walk to Whole Foods and it’s a short drive to Traders Joes. The area is really quiet and you feel safe. Kyla makes sure that all the units are kept up and clean. She also takes care of the clients who stay at the property and addresses any issues quickly. This is our go to place when we visit Burbank

Family Getaway
We’ve been staying at this property for a few years, we always enjoy our stay here. You can’t beat the location it’s close to the freeways, stores, shopping, Warner Brothers studios. Nice property in a great location
Stayed here with our family (2 adults l, 2 young teens). We were very comfortable. Locarion provides for walking to the Warner Bros. tour. Very close to multiple grocery stores and local restaurants so food was not an issue. Easy on/off for the freeway. Short drive to Hollywood/Sunset/Santa Monica Blvds. Only negative is a lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom which made the floor a bit slick afger showers. Other than that it was perfect. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Perfect location for us
Nice pad close to WB. Perfect for all of our needs. Heard the neighbors upstairs one night around 3 am walking around. Other than that, perfectly quiet and safe. The gracious host was responsive and hospitable with all our needs and queries.

Extraordinarily clean. Plenty of towels and bed linens. Well stocked kitchen for dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. Pull out sofa comfortable and easy to open and close. Easy parking behind the unit. Excellent location. Warner Bros studio tour entrance around the corner. Several restaurants within walking distance.

Great location
This was a great little spot. The location was convenient to several of the spots we were visiting. Kids reported that the sofa bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. It was a little tight for our family of two adults and two teens.

Perfect location!!
Super safe clean house neighborhood. Steps away from WB studios was a major plus. 3 minutes to freeways. 10 minutes to so many attractions it's really crazy. Whole foods super close. I want to live there!! 😆 just rent the place!! The one thing i would recommend owner is to better the sofa/bed. I know i couldn't have stayed on it another night, still 5 stars in my book. Thank you!!

Clean, safe, and convenient location!
My wife and I were in town visiting friends and stayed at this unit. It was clean, centrally located, and in a safe area. It was within walking distance to many restaurants and shops on Riverside. The on site parking was great, however the spots are very tight so just be mindful of that. The host was very responsive and friendly. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

Perfectly located near everything! Great host!
This place is exactly what you need if you’re a family of 4, like us. It’s near to everything. The host is wonderful! The communication is better than anyone could ask for. Everything that one would need is provided and if things aren’t perfect, the host will bend over backwards to accommodate. If you’re looking for a place in LA that’s quaint, convenient, and safe, then this is it!

Kyla was very helpful with all my questions and concerns. Very close to Universal Studios. We had a hard time parking because we have a large truck. We had to park on the street one night. Overall it was very nice.

Such a great place..
We have stayed here more than 5 times over the past 2 years and it is the perfect experience. Kyla, the property manager is the consummate professional and always available if needed. Property is very comfortable, always spotless and the outdoor area is splendid.

Convenient place to stay while in LA
The unit is very spacious. A typical garden style apartment building in Burbank that is close to everything. Please note that this is a lower unit and you can hear the foot steps of the occupants upstairs. The sound did not bother us (as much), because we knew it prior to confirming our reservation. Over all, this place is great place to end our busy day in LA!

Immaculate property, close to everything. Easy freeway access from the apartment. Burbank location makes it easier to avoid LA traffic if you're visiting Hollywood, Griffith Park or the movie studios. Will stay again!

Cute, Cozy and Clean
This apartment property is in a very nice area of Burbank, Ca. Located in more of an office park setting close to Warner Brothers, Universal Studios, Forest Lawn Cemetery and downtown Burbank it was easy to access from Ventura Freeway to quickly head out for a day adventure around Hollywood or the greater LA area. Kyla was very responsive to any questions we had and check-in and check-out were both super easy. Great location and price for a fun LA stay. Would stay here again if we travel back to sunny California.

Great location/Comfy home
I almost don’t want to share how much we enjoyed this home. It was a great place to stay and take day trips to surrounding sights. Whole foods is a 3 min drive and Warner Brothers Studio right across the street has a Starbucks. 1 min or less walk. The beds were comfortable and space is perfect for 2-4 people. We booked a second stay already!

My wedding weekend
The property was clean and easy to locate! The only initial concern was parking. I had my bridesmaids come over the morning of the wedding for hair and make up but the parking situation ended up working out! Kyla was very nice and answered all of my questions!

Convenient Location
Nice one bedroom in a convenient location. Grocery store and restaurants within 5-10 minute walk. The apartment had everything we needed. The host, Kyla, was quick and responsive to all my questions. The only drawback was the upstairs neighbors are night owls and noisy.
