Disgusting. Avoid.
The room was very dirty. We had to clean in ourselves upon arrival. The sheets were not changed so we had to ask for fresh sheets. Our room smelled of cat liter, our friends room smelled of human fieces. The breakfast was a bag of water, a waffle, some crackers, and a frozen burrito (sounds like a joke, it's not). The parking garage was the smallest tightest space we ever had the displeasure of parking in. The ONLY redeeming quality was that the pool area was a cozy spot to relax during the evening. This hotel should really not be this pricy.

Once you check out and put this on a comment days after you check out, there is nothing that can be done. We have 24 hrs. management, and we could have made it right on the spot. Lite ruffigt område men väldigt nära och bra till Fame of walk. Poolen ej uppvärmd så ingen mening med att filtrera efter pool. Det skulle ingå frukost men vi fick en påse men en müslibar samt en fryst burrito som skulle värmas i micron. Skulle inte välja detta hotell igen.

Väldigt lyhört och hotellet hade behövt en rejäl upprustning. Poolen hade inte städats på ett tag. Frukosten var bättre än förväntat. Dörren in till rummet var så tunn att stora stygga vargen hade blåste ner den på en puff.

Fantastiskt läge, 5 min gång från walk of fame. I övrigt ganska skitigt på rummet och rätt muggigt i sin helhet. Frukosten var ett skämt. Det var huggsexa om prylarna tillsammans med hela hotellet i ett litet pluttigt rum. I sin helhet ändå godkänt...

Very nice stay!
Närheten till Walk of fame är oslagbar. Du har tvättomat på andra sidan gatan. Närhet till massa matställen. Vi var nöjda med rummet. Parkering i garaget under. Riktigt bra boende. Det som sög var väl frukosten stängde vid 09, men var ändå inget speciellt att erbjuda.

Bra läge och trevlig personal.
Perfekt boende om du har bil. Hjälpsamma och trevliga. Helt ok enkel frukost. Rummen hade inte heltäckningsmattor vilket jag tycker är toppen. Bra tryck i duschen. Bra Wi-Fi och väldigt bra läge. Några snabbmatsställen i närheten och 2 större supermarkets på gångavstånd.

Läget fungerar bra.
Läget var bra för oss och möjlighet med parkering. Frukosten fungerar för att komma vidare på dagen. Detta är budget, inte för finsmakare men vi var nöjda och kände förtroende och kan välja igen.

Fantastisk läga & trevlig personal
Fantastiskt läge, mycket att se och göra vid Walk of Fame, nära metro och buss som tog oss enkelt till alla ställen vi ville se i L.A. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal som även låna oss metro kort och bevara våra väskor under dagen efter utcheckning. Stor dubbelsäng, fräscht städat varje dag. Nästan lite chockerande bra wifi för att vara ett hotell. Inte så många alternativ under frukosten, ganska lyhörda rum men det fungerar. Området gick bra att gå ut på under kvälls och nattid.

When we checked in we get 3 diffrents room. On the last day we checked our card account and saw that the hotel has charge us 6100 SEK extra. We told the man in the reception about this and he was not so helpful. We wanted this solved because we would go to the airport early next morning. Finally we were told that we should come back in the morning. Next morning the man there was sleeping (as he done every morning before) It took us 5 minutes to wake him up. And he behaved very strange. After a few minuts he fell a sleep again, stand at the computer. I told him that I wanted the phone number to the Hotel chief. He told us to call 911 MOD. This guy was really drug affected. And this man is responsible for all the guest in the hotel! After 30 minutes we went to the breakfast, because it was impossible to talk to him. Breakfast room was closed. We went back to the reception and he was sleeping again. We told him that the breakfast is closed, the answer we got was that it`s opening at 6 o´clock. We told him 3 times that the clock was 6:30, and after that he told us to come back after 30 minutes. We took our luggage to the car. We decided to wait for the new staff so we could get our money back. The man ran out of the reception and yelled at us: I quit, I go home, I quit. Then he ran out on the street and we never saw him again. Now we have some big problems we could not discuss with anyone about our money or check out from the hotel.

Perfekt läge
Perfekt läge, två kvarter från Hollywood blvd. Rent, fungerande ac, bra sängar, bra dusch. För att vara amerikansk frukost så var det helt ok. Vi blev mätta på toast (pålägg saknas, endast marmelad) yoghurt, kokta ägg o egengjorda våfflor. Kommer att bo här igen.

Questo hotel è comodo sia per il parcheggio sia perché è vicino la via delle stelle. Il receptionist molto professionale e simpatico.La camera assegnata comoda. La colazione un po' scarsa. Unico neo il cliente si deve ricordare di richiedere la pulizia della camera.

We were in town for the tcm film festival and it was pretty close to all the theaters which made it easy to get to where we needed quickly and without using a rideshare. The room was fine and comfortable enough for our needs. Some of the things in the room could be replaced like the toilet paper holder - it was rusty and pretty rough looking. The paint job in the room looked rushed, but those are small issues. We will probably stay again when we return for the festival, the location was definitely the best part and the staff was nice and was understanding when we were a bit late checking out.

Apart from being near to such places there is nothing good about hotel. its was just ok. we did not like AC. we smelled cigar smoke and was little suffocating. But no regrets have chosen the hotel as it was near to walk of frame and few other places. Car parking is available below, but very tight spaces to take in and out. Looks like all other inns same. considering that finding safe parking is difficult here. we were ok. Its budget hotel. Just to spend night and leave.

Un hôtel agréable avec un bon accueil. Pas très loin d’Hollywood boulevard à pied . Par contre pas mal de SDF À proximité. Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir rentrer la voiture dans le parking souterrain. La chambre correspondait à la description par contre la ventilation dans la salle de bain très bruyante. Nous sommes restés quatre jours et nous aurions apprécié un changement de serviette de toilettes. Concernant le petit déjeuner, nous avons été satisfait, surtout par la présence des gaufres que nous pouvions reprendre à volonté. Le personnel était accueillant et agréable.

I enjoy staying in the hotel, all crew members were so friendly and welcoming and accommodating the need. I always stayed At Hollywood area and liked this place. The room were so clean, there were nice pool but the weather was cold during Our stay and we didn’t use it.

What i didnt like the service is worst, the service breakfast very limited there's no hot protein like egg and sausage limited fruits and the person who taking of the breakfast are so rude. The service of the housekeeping are not available always. And one thing they allowed people who can eat in the breakfast place.This hotel not recommendable. This how the experience we have. By april 2024.
