You will have access to the entire home! There is another home behind the house that shares the driveway. There is only street parking for this unit, No parking on the driveway as it is for the back house.

You're minutes from USC, SoFi Stadium, the Kia Forum, and Hollywood Park, with Downtown LA, LAX, and the South Bay beaches all an easy drive away. A great base for exploring everything LA has to offer.



Getting Around:

A car is the easiest way to get around LA, and the home offers quick freeway access across the city: USC and the Coliseum (~10 min), SoFi Stadium and the Kia Forum (~10-15 min), Downtown LA (~15 min), and LAX (~20 min). Please note parking is on the street only - the driveway is reserved for the back house. Rideshare is also widely available in the area.
