Cheap and good service.
When i first walked into the room i felt like i would get murdered in there. But i did survive. A good stay since i did get home again. 4/5 stars for a cheap and kinda clean room. Very nice staff.

Lite slitna rum som luktar rök även om det står att de är rökfria, området är ok om man inte hamnar i gränderna. Frukosten består av flingor och muffins. Servicen är bra och wifi funkade bra, hotellpersonalen är väldigt trevliga och hjälpsamma. Skulle inte komma tillbaka med min 3 åriga dotter, men ok om man inte har barn med sig hit.

Det luktade cigarettrök i rummet vilket var ett stort minus. Tråkig frukost ingick, typ muffin. Plus för kylskåp i rummet. Bra parkering och bra läge då det är nära att ta sig med bil till Rose Parade och Bandfest.

Something I didn’t like was that the guy at the counter wanted to give me a room that smelled like cigarettes . He was stating that it was non -smoking but the room completely smelled like it . He wasn’t to happy about changing the room.

The staff was horrible!!! After I had already paid there was yet another $100 charge on my card aside from the holding fee! It took me more than one hour to be able to check in because the front desk girl had no idea how to do it!! The room smelled awful and overall wouldn’t recommend to anyone!! This place is also in a bad side of town next to rent city and it’s a dangerous place! I only found out after some locals warned us about the place we had stayed at and we didn’t stay a second night! There is visible dangerous activity happening outside and inside this hotel!! Stay away!!!

The front desk was very rude condemning us every day for taking horrible 25 cent pastries when breakfast supposed to be offered made us pay 40 dollars when friend brouggt tiny pups for one hour even when room was spotless and inspected They kept our deposite of 100 dollars cash very horrible and rude

We are sorry for the inconvenience,We do charge twenty dollar pet fee for each pet each night.We refund the deposit if there is no damage done in the room but if guest smokes in the room and any kind of damage is done we do not refund the deposit.Our front desk along with the housekeeper inspects the room and take pictures before deciding not to refund the deposit.Once again we do apologize for the inconvenience.

Lots of homeless tents
The hotel is clean and the staff is great bit its in the ghetto. There were people outside on the street next to the hotel. There were lots of tents in the street infront of the hotel. Did not have any problems. You park inside the property and it was not too noisy. Overall not bad just not good either.

The phone in room 117 was flashing and they didn’t know how to stop it from flashing. Had to put something over it in order to sleep. Other than that everything was okay.

When I checked into the room it was trashed and not clean, with a 40 ounce liquor bottle spilled on the bed... the room smelled disgusting. I refused to stay there and I’ve been trying to get a refund for 3 days now, the staff is being noncomplaint for my refund

Housekeeping wasn’t done when needed... Sometimes for a few days. Stayed there several weeks but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t need to be cleaned.

Easy to find. Easy to get in and out of driveway. Coffee was great! Staff nice. The only thing I didn’t like was my neighbor bumping techno music late, but my noise app covered it up and I got to be by 10:30
