We were not given the property we booked and paid for in advance. We were downgraded without our consent or any communication from the host. They were completely deceitful. We found out later they were aware of this change in advance and never contacted us. I was told we would receive a credit for our inconvenience and they continue to send robot responses. We were put in another property that was not clean, the refrigerator was not cold, the ice maker did not work, the floors were filthy, furniture was dirty, old and broken. Host will not give me the name of the management company. We paid 500 a night and got a Motel 6 with a view. It was a complete nightmare and still is as they still have not gotten back to be regarding a credit. DO NOT rent property from DRIFTHaus or host Liv Rosa.
