Watch out for hidden fees
Nice hotel in decent area of Los Angeles, but watch out for hidden fees (amenity/resort fee). Had to pay 120-150$ in extra fees when checking out.

the sink was clogged and the water took a long time to flow off, feedback to hotel on 2nd day but it wasn't till 4th day that they cleared the clogging. One of the days, our room was not made-up even though we left the room at 11am and were back at 8pm and we had put back the do-not-disturb sign inside the room. Hotel only changed our towels after that.

It is within Koreatown, so you can go to Korean restaurants on foot. The room and bathroom are small, but the room with Hollywood sign view was good because it had a view.

The hotel is close to Koreatown which is great if you want to walk to Korean restaurants. My only complaint is the hotel needs an upgrade and some revamping. The tvs in the rooms were dated and did not have options to watch movies just cable. We booked this hotel for a staycation to sort of relax and watch movies in our room - this did not fit our needs. Unfortunately we won’t be booking this property again.

The VIP benefits of booking this hotel on Expedia did not reflect when we checked in. We were not given drink vouchers and did not receive the complimentary drinks. The manager was really kind to try to resolve the oversight but could not extend the offering from the Expedia VIP booking.

I really like the LINE Hotel for the design and for the OpenAire restaurant which is great. There are two nightclubs which I didn’t see on this trip. The room I had was okay but there were a few issues with the electronics- the safe didn’t work due to corroded batteries, the blackout blinds controls didn’t work well and the bathroom electrical outlet had a burn mark.

The vibe was immaculate! I honestly enjoyed myself a lot, especially the room and view I was given! Thank you for that. Very minor details that knocked down my vote a bit: customer service felt a little awkward, like I was a burden at some points and there we some features broken down, like the HDMI to the TV and there was a loose light strip on the back of the bathroom mirror. Overall, it was so worth it and had a great time! Thank you, guys!

Nice enough hotel, but they now charge an extra $30 “resort fee” for each night - these are bad enough when charged once per stay, but it feels deceptive to advertise one rate and then upcharge for every night, especially when there are no amenities included - not even coffee. Just include it in the room rate. Parking is also very expensive.

We understand your concerns about transparency, and wanted to assure you that the details about the amenity fee are outlined on the reservations website and included in your confirmation letter. This fee provides our guest with exclusive access to our pool fitness and business center. We strive to offer affordable and secure on-property parking for our guest. However, there are alternative parking options nearby the hotel. We appreciate your feedback and always looking for new ways to improve. Dear Kuldeep, Thank you for taking the time to share your feed about your recent stay. We apologize that a hot water kettle and tea bags were not available in your room. For future reference, we do offer hot water kettles at no extra charge upon request. Simply reach out to our housekeeping or front desk staff, and they'll be happy to deliver one to your room. We don't currently offer tea bags in the rooms, but a variety of teas are available for purchase at Openaire Restaurant, Alfred's Cafe, and through room service. We truly appreciate your feedback, and hope to have another opportunity to welcome you back in the future.
