Beautiful hotel, lacking in service
The rooftop bar took 50 minutes to prepare a small fruit platter, yet kept claiming "it'll be here shortly" when we enquired. Other than that, this hotel is fantastic. Fabulous hotel rooms, view of the city, pristine condition.

Super hotel med bästa läget
Ett fantastiskt hotell, all personal vi mötte var oerhört trevliga. Bra inkluderad frukost, bra gym och härligt stort rum med lika stort badrum. Läget är kanon, nära till allt i West Hollywood och Beverly Hills Rooftop med pool var magisk även om vi inte hade det bästa vädret. Kommer med alla säkerhet att boka här igen!

Great location
Great rooftop, you can move over to loung if U like evening sun. Tasteful overall. The only down side is Poor breakfast so grab a coffee and Walk sunset for search for better or head to cecconis for best breakfast ever.

Great hotel with the best West Hollywood location.
I always stay at The London when I'm in LA. It's a great hotel but this time they failed a bit on the service.

Easy check in even though I arrived really early at 10am they got me on my room straight away and upgraded me to a Vista Suite … beautiful hotel , great service and the London Bar cocktails are fantastic !

Find me a better front desk staff in Los Angeles, I dare you. Attentive; warm; welcoming and efficient every trip. The room is fantastic, large, comfy and chic. Pool bar staff also amazing with food and drinks delivered to you as you sun. Extra thanks to Kansas for always being so wonderful to us at check-in.
