We have shared your comments with our housekeeping staff and supervisor, in our continuing efforts to improve on our guest service standards here at The Mayfair. I apologize if you received incorrect information regarding our fitness center. It has not yet opened to the public but we are very close to completion. Finally, though we realize that parking is an added expense, our rates are comparable to, if not lower than, the majority of other hotels in the downtown LA area. Please know that we recently installed and connected quite a few additional routers and our signal has overall been very strong, so I think this was an unfortunate anomaly.
