Property was very nice. Close to all the areas we needed to be at. Airplanes did not bother us. Home was very clean. Only thing is so late for a check in. I didn’t ask if we could be in earlier. Communication with host was top notch. Quick responses. Nice house quiet neighborhood.

The house was very clean, well-stocked with utensils, and the rooms were spacious. The game room was a nice feature, though there was an odor in that space, so we didn’t use it. Fans were provided to help air out the smell, which was considerate. Overall, I would stay at this property again. It’s also conveniently located near many stores, which was a plus.

Stayed in Sept, then again in Jan. We booked here again because we liked the previous stay however the house is not perfect. We were without internet upon arrival for a full day which was inconvenient. Things to note-one towel bar for potentially 4 people isn’t enough, they don’t provide Kleenex, hand towels, no dressers so living out of a suitcase for a week except for a few hangers, no blankets, not many outlets (some of them not easily accessible), one of the bedroom lights didn’t work on either stay, one of the bedroom floors was not clean. They ordered extra ping pong paddles on our last stay so 4 of us could play but this stay, it was back to 2. If you DO plan to play in the game room, hard to play when it's hot outside because it gets HOT in there. And make sure to check the house when you get there for cleanliness and report everything to them right away so they don’t charge you later. There is airplane noise regularly but didn’t bother us too much. Pros- the house is comfortable, good location, response time is pretty quick.

Worse VRBO Experience: Odor and Exploitation Ruined Our Stay. My family (4 adults, 1 child) booked this home for 3 nights for vacation and had to leave immediately. The property was unlivable: an overpowering odor (like a soiled diaper or dead animal) permeated the house, especially in the kitchen and living area. The couch emitted odor, the half-bath sink was clogged, vents were dusty (triggering allergies), cobwebs lined the ceilings, and loud airplane noise disrupted any peace. Despite appearing tidy, the home was far from clean or habitable. Customer service was dismissive. One rep suggested using Febreze, another admitted the issue was “forgotten.” After multiple calls, the host Ella Inc. refused a refund, claiming the home was clean. VRBO also ignored our concerns. This was our worst VRBO experience after two wonderful prior stays. The host prioritized profit over integrity, and VRBO failed to protect guests. Beware: this property is not honest, not clean, and not livable.

This home was just as pictured, and we enjoyed our stay. I loved the decor, and I thought the beds were comfortable.Things to improve:It would have been nice to have an extra sheet and blanket. The towels were a polyester type of fabric that felt terrible. There was no conditioner in the shower. The floors felt dirty, like they were swept but not mopped regularly.I would stay here again but bring my own conditioner and towels!

Great stay for our universal studios/Santa Monica trip! 40 min trip to the pier and 13 min away from universal, this was a great location for our family of 6. Easy door locks and the game room was a huge plus. My only feedback would be putting corner grips on the rugs as they were a tripping hazard, the toilet paper holders being more secure, and more outlets for phone chargers. The existing outlets were already being used by lamps and smart devices. The planes over head were also loud going every 20 mins but we were gone most of the day so the only time we did hear them was at 630am. Overall really minor things and would book again. Thank you!

This was a great house in a great location. It was super comfortable, clean, and simply but nicely decorated. Only critiques which would not make us give it a negative review, it'd be nice if there were dressers or at least more hangers (weren't many for 4 of us for a week), an extra towel bar in the bathroom area since there was only 1, and a ceiling fan/more air circulation in the garage for ping pong. One of the main reasons for booking but we could only play early in the morning because it was too hot the rest of the day. There is airplane noise but it didn't bother us after awhile. Overall, we would stay again.
