Studio Sol y Playa is located on the first floor of an apartment building in Puerto Naos. There is a large open space in front of the building, so no other building blocks the side view of the beach and the sea from the balcony.

On the first floor of the building, you’ll find a restaurant serving Spanish specialties as well as a German bakery. Here, you can pick up fresh rolls for the perfect start to your day. Just a few steps away is the long black-sand beach of Puerto Naos. The charming beach promenade is perfect for a leisurely stroll.

Puerto Naos offers a variety of restaurants and shops, a supermarket, and a range of sports activities, such as hiking, biking, paragliding, and scuba diving.

The bus stop is a good 5-minute walk away. Buses to Los Llanos run every half hour.




Note: For stays of 14 days or longer, the owner invites you to breakfast at “Gofre Place” on the beach promenade.

PLEASE CHECK THE CURRENT SITUATION IN PUERTO NAOS FOLLOWING THE VOLCANIC ERUPTION. Not all shops and restaurants have reopened yet, and there are a few special circumstances: in most buildings, the elevators remain closed until further notice due to official regulations, and—since the town was uninhabited for three years—a great deal of renovation and construction work is currently underway. Depending on the apartment’s location, there may be small monitoring devices installed to measure CO2 levels. However, the readings have been completely normal for over a year; this is purely a safety precaution.



Apartment Sol y Playa:

Sol y Playa is a cozy 25-square-meter studio on the first floor of an apartment building in Puerto Naos.

The covered balcony, with a side view of the sea, offers about 6 square meters of space for a table with three chairs, a small sofa, and a mini-fridge. The weather in Puerto Naos makes it perfect for enjoying breakfast on the balcony all year round.

The compact space has been optimally utilized. It is divided into a small living area with a sofa and satellite TV (flat-screen), a sleeping area with two single beds, and a well-equipped kitchenette with a counter and two stools. There is a split-system air conditioner, so you can set it to either heat or cool, depending on your needs.

If you’d like, you can separate the space with a decorative room divider. The owner has placed emphasis on subtle, harmonious decor to create a cozy atmosphere.

The small bathroom with shower and toilet offers ample storage space in a small mirror cabinet.
