"First of all i have my VIP access booking but the staff did not offered me directly my access.
I asked for what includes in my booking and asked if theres some drinks.
- Was told the restaurant was closed to 17:00H took time to get some food to be served like took 90 minutes.
- Spa is closed coz its Tet nothing special.
- The reception informed that breakfast is at 7:00 am upon check in.
The next day we try to get to the breakfast area but the reception stop us and says it is 08:00 am so we need to leave early as we have a booking at 08:00 am.
The following day saw a sign that breakfast start at 07:00 lots of misleading information from the reception.
This property shouldnt br included jn the VIP access selection.
