Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to Unit #3, including the bedroom, bathroom, living room, full kitchen, and designated outdoor seating area.

SELF CHECK-IN
Building Access: You'll receive a unique keypad code to access the main building before your arrival.
Suite Access: A lockbox located next to Unit #3 will contain the keys to your private suite. Lockbox instructions will be provided prior to check-in.

SHARED AMENITIES
Guests are welcome to enjoy the property's shared living room, Smart TV, pool table, gym, coffee bar, dining room, and designated common areas.
Please note that these spaces are shared with guests staying in the other units and are not reserved exclusively for Unit #3.
The gym is available from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
The common-area kitchen is available for limited use. The shared refrigerator, stove, and oven are not available for individual suite reservations. Unit #3 has its own full private kitchen for your convenience.

Other Things to Note:
MULTI-UNIT PROPERTY
The Saint features eight individually bookable guest units. While Unit #3 is entirely private, the building's common areas are shared with other registered guests.

PRIVATE OUTDOOR SPACE
Your suite includes designated outdoor access and seating for your personal enjoyment.

GYM HOURS
The shared gym is available daily from 7 AM to 10 PM. Please be mindful of other guests and observe the posted hours.

COMMON KITCHEN RESTRICTIONS
The shared kitchen's refrigerator, stove, and oven are available only when the entire property is reserved. Guests booking Unit #3 individually have access to their own private full kitchen.

SHARED AMENITIES
The common living room, pool table, dining room, and coffee bar are shared amenities. We ask all guests to be considerate of others and leave shared spaces tidy after use.

GROUP RESERVATIONS
Planning a wedding weekend, family gathering, or group getaway? The entire property can be reserved to accommodate up to 30 overnight guests. Contact us for details about whole-property availability and reservations.

*Smoking is not permitted inside the home, a $250 additional cleaning fee will be assessed if smoking occurs.

*PARTIES - All gatherings must be limited to 2 guests, this is monitored and guests violating this rule will be charged a mandatory $700 fine. NO EVENTS OR PARTIES ARE ALLOWED.

*PETS - We do not allow pets at this property, unless booking all 8 rooms.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.

*MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT - Guests must be at least 25 years old to book a Cozy in KC property.

*RENTAL AGREEMENT - We require the booking guest to sign a rental agreement outlining all house rules once booking is confirmed.

The Saint is professionally managed by Cozy in KC and offers a boutique hotel experience with the convenience of self-check-in.

There is no traditional front desk or on-site staff, so you can enjoy a private, independent stay. Our team is available through Airbnb messaging if you have questions or need assistance.
