Welcome to your private Kentucky escape—a beautifully appointed retreat set on 62 peaceful acres in Mount Washington. Surrounded by trees and nature, the property offers the feeling of being away from it all while remaining conveniently located for exploring Louisville, Bardstown, Bourbon Country, and the surrounding area.

Designed for up to six guests, the home offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private en-suite bathroom. It's an especially comfortable setup for couples, families or friends traveling together.

Spend the day exploring Kentucky, then come home and settle into the hot tub, gather around the firepit, enjoy a game of pool, or simply relax on the patio with music playing throughout the indoor and outdoor spaces. The goal here is simple: slow down, reconnect and enjoy your time together.

PRIVACY & THE PROPERTY

The home is situated on 62 private acres. The owner’s personal residence is also located on the property, approximately 150 yards from the guest house and separated by trees and natural surroundings.

Guests have complete use of the rental home and its designated outdoor spaces. We value your privacy and will give you plenty of space to enjoy the property throughout your stay. If you need anything during your visit, we’re available and happy to help.

ARRIVING AT THE PROPERTY

Access to the home is via an approximately half-mile private gravel driveway. Standard vehicles can access the property, but as with most rural gravel roads, there are some uneven and potentially bumpy areas.

Please take your time and drive slowly and carefully, particularly after rain or in wet conditions. The gravel drive is part of the rural Kentucky setting and is worth the short journey once you arrive.
