“After initial check in when given a king room after we asked for a room with 2 queen beds. The front desk was helpful, but I requested the room with a walk-in shower. We got a room with a tub and the shower head didn't work correctly. On top of that, the tub didn't drain adequately and was standing in 6" of water while showering. We've stayed at this hotel a number of times and this was the worst room experience we've ever had.”

“The breakfast was simple, but pleasant. They had full fat yogurt and whole milk, and a pancake machine instead of the traditional waffle machine. My wife especially liked the raisin bran. The room was fine, but the details were a bit lacking. The bathtub had a substantial gap on one side, for example. The people were singularly great and helpful.”

“The room and staff were wonderful. It would be nice to have a larger bathtub so as an adult, I could fit in it and take a bath. The tv should have been moved closer to the sofa so you could see it better from there. Also, closing the door made a loud noise and it couldn't be quieted with a slower closing. You could hear the neighbors going in and out...in fact soundproofing all around could be better. We had noisy neighbors the first night and they did quiet down after a call made to them...

“The hotel was fine for our stay, but it's definitely showing its age and could use some updating. We appreciated having a suite with a kitchenette, which gave us a little extra space.
Our room was located near the elevator, and we could hear it dinging throughout our stay, especially when things were quieter. The complimentary breakfast was okay, but the selection was fairly limited, so don't expect a lot of variety.
Overall, it met our basic needs, but with some updates and a better breakfast...
