This listing is one suite inside A12 Suites, a reimagined 1970s landmark boutique hotel in the heart of downtown Louisville. There are 10 different suites in this building. With other groups potentially in the building during your stay, you'll have full privacy inside your suite plus access to common areas like the elevator, both stairwells, and the lobby.



Step into American Pharoah, the Floor 2 Stakes Suite that celebrates Louisville's home-run heritage. Named for the 2015 Triple Crown winner, the horse that ended a 37-year drought to claim racing's most legendary prize, this suite is championship energy from the door in. The palette of Garden Gate green and Violet plays against a striking copper feature wall that nods to the Louisville Slugger bats made just down the river, bats wielded by Babe Ruth, Mickey Mantle, and Derek Jeter. Original artwork honors baseball legends, the legacy of the Louisville Slugger Museum & Factory, and the championship moments that put both the city and the sport on the map. Four bedrooms, six beds, two full baths, a full kitchen, and a living room, for groups of 12 who want their suite to feel like a hall of fame.

Tucked behind a hidden Dover Blue freight-elevator wall door off The Provisions Hall, our basement-level NHS Speakeasy + Game Room features a pool table, games, a custom bar, lounge seating, a chef's kitchen, and a large group dining and conference table. The Industrial-Prohibition aesthetic is perfect for game nights, private dinners, bourbon tastings, and after-hours gatherings.



🎨 All artwork throughout the building was done by a single artist and is on loan from a private collection.

This is a self-guided stay. We won't be available in person, but our team is reachable through the booking platform's messaging tools for anything you need before, during, or after your stay.
