“The room was clean. But when I asked about getting towels (I didnt know you had to ask for housekeeping every day), we went to leave and there were towels on the floor outside our door. No one knocked to let us know. I informed the front desk and the lady told me I could have just used them. Um, id rather have clean towels. Not ones that have been on the floor. I can understand paying for breakfast during the week, but with it being so busy on the weekends, it would have been nice to have...

“The hotel itself was great; it was very clean, and there was always an attendant at the front desk if you had any questions. The only issue I had was that room service never came to replace used towels or tidy up the room. Also, the shower has a gap that allows water to flow onto the floor, creating a slipping hazard.”

“The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was adequate. The parking lot and grounds had quite a bit of littler lying around, and the round metal plates on the floor in the hall were sticking up around the edges, making it challenging to navigate with wheeled luggage. It was almost the cheapest place we could find, at the last minute, so perhaps you get what you pay for. No regrets, but also no frills. We don't quite know why it was rated 8.4 in Expedia. We would likely rate it 6.5 or...
