The space
The house was built in 1980's and on approx 1 acre of land facing south. Built on 1 storey the main house has 3 bedrooms (2 with direct access onto terrace/pool) the masterbedroom has an ensuite shower room. The master has double bed 1.8m x 2m - the 2ndbedroom has large double 1.6m x 2m and the 3rd bedroom has twin single beds. There is a large kitchen fully equipped, oven, hob, microwave coffee machine etc dishwasher. there is laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is separate Annexe with large living area and kitchen and shower room and further bedroom with very large double 2m x 2m and single bed (great for up to 3 teenagers)

Other things to note
The villa is a home from home - the owner uses currently for approx 6 months a year - so has all facilities. There is playstation, ping pong table and facilities for kids. The pool is stunning and in morning and evening the swallows will swoop down and drink. (recently added December 2023 - high quality 6 person hot tub/jacuzzi - built in lights and stereo system) The pool in evening has lighting which has stunning effect. plenty of outside dining options and BBQ.
