Villa Zanzibar is a spacious and welcoming holiday home, ideal for large families or groups of friends seeking tranquillity, space and comfort in a pleasant rural setting, while remaining close to the main leisure areas of the Algarve.



The living area is bright and generous in size, with direct access to a balcony offering open views over the countryside, creating an inviting space for relaxing and socialising together.



On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds and a single bed, served by a bathroom with shower, providing a practical and functional layout for guests.



On the first floor there are four bedrooms, three with double beds and one with three single beds, complemented by two bathrooms with shower, ensuring comfort and convenience for larger groups.



The kitchen is fully equipped, spacious and functional, designed to make meal preparation easy and to encourage shared moments during the stay.



Outside, the villa offers a pleasant leisure area with a private heatable pool (additional cost), outdoor spaces for relaxation, entertainment areas and an outdoor dining area with barbecue, ideal for enjoying the Algarve climate in good company.



Villa Zanzibar is located in a quiet rural area, close to Olhos de Água and Albufeira, with easy access to beaches, restaurants, bars and a wide range of services and leisure options.



The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



There are some restrictions for group bookings.

From the 15th to the 18th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds.
