Thank you for taking the time to post your review.We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with our hotel facilities and services during your stay. Please note that we take all guest reviews very seriously, both positive and negative, and through them we are able to seek knowledge and growth to better serve our guests. This was exactly the reason why our Guest Service Manager tried to reach you. Like you said, you spoke, and he asked you if you could meet him, but your answer was:" I dont want to meet you, and i dont want to speak to you. I dont want to pay a cent." By doing this, you denied him the right to further communicate with you, and to try to help.Upon your room check in you reported in our front office the issue with the balcony door, malfunction and our maintenance staff fixed the issue immediately.We investigated your claim that we breached the security of your room, and we would like to inform you that our housekeeping staff didnt find a " do not disturb" sign attached to the handle of your room, so they proceeded with cleaning.Amenities such as iron and ironing board are available on demand as we are a resort rather than a city hotel and we provided to you when you requested. We apologize that the portable hairdryer was missing but again upon reporting it we acted immediately.We would also like to mention that the room that you stayed in has been renovated recently. It is in the same state as presented on our site and brochures.Again, thank you for your feedback, and we hope we will have the opportunity to accommodate you again in order to ensure your next stay is much more satisfactory.Best regards,

We also inform you that these rooms are scheduled to be renovated in the second renovation plan in the fall along with the common areas.
