“Hotellet var okay. Personalen gjorde sitt jobb men inget utöver det. Vi lämnade hotellet 07.30 på morgonen och fick ingen frukost eftersom frukosten öppnade 07.30. Kändes fyrkantigt när man hade bott där 4 nätter.”

“Great service”

“A simple hotel that has what we needed. A good variety of breakfast, for both Western and Asian pallets. We were very pleased with the fact that they have parking in the garage, on a first come, first served basis. When we first arrived, by car, there was only one spot left but it was too tight. The guy in the reception then ran down and moved some scooters to make more room. That's great service. My only complaint is that I would have preferred a proper door to the bathroom.”

“Very nice family room with nice view. Transport is convenient also, the subway is right under the hotel's building. Hotel staff are very friendly also. And we got to extend the check out time until 13:00 but in fact we were out around 13:30 and wasn't charged extra. ”

“Staff were helpful well located quiet close to shilin markets”

“Sämsta Hyatt jag bott på, området är allt annat än trevligt det är beläget bredvid en motorväg och en gigantisk parkering, långt till allting. Rummet hade mögel i badrummet och luktade lukt och upplevdes allmänt smutsigt, fläckar på soffan osv. Vi bad om att få upp två tallrikar till rummet och vi fick två papperstallrikar… kändes som ett vandrarhem och inte ett fyrstjärningthotell. Rekommenderar ej!!”

“I would certainly recommend this hotel for the fantastic stay and very close to MRT station and they also had food amenities in the second floor.”

“helpful staffs, clean and great views. unfortunately there is no laundry facilities for long stay”

“It does have balcony and clothes washing facilities, very handy!”

“The hotel amenities are excellent, automatic toilet, washer/dryer, kitchenette, full size frig, close to MRT station, and a huge park across the street. We are going back in a month, and we will be stay here again, 5 stars.”

“Staff very friendly. Thank you. Room with sea or river view is very nice.”

“Enjoyed our stay a lot”

“Excellent food, very nice rice paddies, amazing spa, awesome restaurants. We enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and the very Bali pace. Definitely a place we would recommend to others”

“This is my 3rd time to stay here and booked two nights ( last visit in 2019), as I loved this hotel so much in my memory. However, I felt a bit disappointed as the facility aged and amenities provided were down graded if compared with previous visits. e.g. fruits, water bottle and slipper were provided in room for free in the past, but now just having dry snacks and slippers were imposed charge on it. The breakfast changed by order individually from the list as you can eat, but it was not...

“Staff very helpful. Hot springs excellent Recommend for everyone”
