“The location is a perfect ten, but the staff was far from good. First of all, it took us 1.5 hours to check in, and we didn’t sense any effort to speed up the process. There was a complete lack of willingness from the staff to make our experience enjoyable.
Our room was also dirty, which unfortunately aligned with the poor check-in experience.
The Tan Hill has the potential to be amazing. It has everything going for it—except the staff, who failed to make our stay pleasant.”

“Had a brilliant time at Rockliffe Hall.
The spa was really relaxing and well worth it.
The spa treatment itself was spot on, and the views around the place are lovely.
The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy.
They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special.
Tip: on your last morning, try to squeeze in one last 1/2 hour the spa to set you up for the day.”

“Asygarth Hotel is an amazing, the bar and amenties are furnished to a high standard. The rooms are clean and well designed. The staff, and there is plenty of them are all welcoming and amenable. We had an evening meal in Palmers restrurant and breakfast too and both were delicious... We really enjoyed our stay”
