“We absolutely enjoyed it, and will be back. The rooms were cleaned everyday of our 5 day stay, the outdoor pool and lounge area was emasculate and pristine. The only issue we ran into was valet. The first night we chose to valet our car and the next morning, we were heading to get massages and the valet came back and said our car wouldn’t start. We instantly knew that whoever parked it didn’t turn it off properly or left a light on. They didn’t offer an apology, they relunctantly did arrange to...

“We were up all night because the room smelled of paint. The building was undergoing renovations. To combat the smell, we kept all the windows open. Unfortunately, we couldn’t reach customer service because it’s automated, and you never speak to a real person. It was the worst experience. I’ve switched to the Heritage hotel, but I can’t say it’s any better. In fact, it’s probably worse. There’s construction scaffolding, and it’s incredibly loud. I’m disappointed with Marriott.”
