Kom och njut av Michigan på sitt bästa på alla sport och troféfiske Murray Lake i vårt nya miljon dollar hem. Nära till centrum Grand Rapids, MI, 30 minuter från flygplatsen och ungefär en timme till Lake Michigan, är detta hem det perfekta läget för besökare som deltar i bröllop, familjeåterförening eller för att bara sparka tillbaka och njuta av livet.

Vi har just avslutat renoveringen av vårt hem. Allt är nytt och aktuellt. Köket är fullt utrustat och har alla funktioner i en gourmetkocks drömmar. Rätter, apparater, glasögon är gott och högt slut. Förutom de 8 sittplatser matbordet finns det fler bord som kan förlänga sitt sittplatser. Eldstaden har en original laduglans mantel och kopparrör. Det finns gott om sittande / konversationsområden i hela hemmet. Och för männen och barnen finns en mangrotta med en storskärms-TV!

Per natt prissättning börjar vid $ 800 (för 2 gäster) och går upp till $ 1,300 (12 gäster). Det finns ingen kostnad för barn under 1 år. Dessutom finns städavgift på $ 250 och återbetalningsbar deposition på $ 500. För att illustrera priset till exempel, om du är en grupp på 8, skulle priset vara 6 gäster gånger $ 50 per natt plus $ 800 per natt för 2 gäster = $ 1100 per natt. VRBO beräknar detta i avsnittet "citat". Lakan och handdukar, internet, kabel-TV, etc. är alla inkluderade.

Det finns paddle boards och kajaker utan extra kostnad. Om du vill hyra fartbåt (med rör och skidor), eller Bennington Pontoon, hyr varje båt för 250 dollar per dag plus 1 000 dollar deposition plus gas.

För grupper kan vi erbjuda antingen utmärkt catering eller en personlig kock, babysitter, livvakter eller båtförare. Sjön är mycket ren och vi har en färsk sandstrand steg från hemmet.

I närheten finns fantastiska cykelvägar, zip-linjer, stränder i Lake Michigan, Grand Rapids-bryggerier, lokala gårdar och glass, blåbärsvineri, och bara 15 minuter till downtown Lowell, bästa revben i Michigan eller en snabb 20 minuter till Grand Rapids.

A stunning home that is perfect for large family gatherings. We enjoyed the serenity and spaces for us all to hang out and enjoy the lake, reading, hiking and being together doing puzzles and playing board games. The kitchen is built so that 3 chefs can work together to prepare meals making for quick prep and easy clean up. The kayaks and paddle boards provided kept everyone busy and entertained. The host answered all questions quickly and promptly. A very comfortable and spacious home. Would not hesitate to stay again if we are in the area!

My family stayed here during a perfect weather week in August. The outside layout of the beautifully manicured yard with the sandy beach made it easy to enjoy the water. We had so much fun swimming out to the raft, kayaking, paddle boarding and boating. The hot tub was a luxury after a long day. The house was clean, comfortable, very very well stocked with supplies and very spacious! Lots of cozy areas to chill out with a big group like ours. The oversized kitchen (two fridges, two dishwashers, three trash bins) made meal prep and cleanup easy. The very sweet owner, Sue Anne, was always happily available to answer questions and help with little issues. The photos online are accurate and up to date. What a great vacation spot! We all had an amazing trip and would definitely book again!

Wonderful Family Getaway

An Amazing trip!

I was at the house with my adult children and grandchildren 3 months- 10 years. They loved the beach and the water! The house is amazing and perfect for a large family! Our hosts were awesome! They actually brought over extra beach items for my grandchildren❤️

Wonderful Extended Family Getaway

Our stay at Murray Lake was just what we were looking for. The house had more than enough room for our group of six adults, four teenagers and one child. The kids loved swimming and boating on the lake. The youngest enjoyed fishing and playing on the beach. Lots of outdoor games were available for everyone to enjoy. Sue Anne was so helpful and quickly answered any questions we had. The house was very clean and well stocked. Everyone agreed they’d like to return next year. Thank you for sharing your house with us Sue Anne.

Exactly as pictured and described

The home is beautiful. It is impeccably clean, neat and organized. We had great communication with the owner who has provided for all of anyones needs. The space fit our family of 14 very well. Eight adults and 6 children from infant to 8yrs. The beach and swim are was perfect for this group. The kitchen was huge. I can’t think of one thing we would have changed. We go somewhere as a family every year for a couple of nights as a summer family get together. This was the best one so far! Thanks to Sue Anne & her staff for making it an enjoyable stay for all of us!

We have been renting every summer for 12 years. This is the absolute BEST house ever… It has everything and the quality is fantastic. Very exquisite in all respects. Loved the lake, the house, the amenities, the very large and efficient kitchen…. Best ever…. Best bedding and multiple baths/showers. Must be professionally decorated with coordinating decor in every room… Lots of sitting areas, inside and out and all items in excellent condition. We all loved it and just couldn’t find anything wrong.. Highly recommended if you want to live like a queen or king….

Beautiful spot

The home was equipped with absolutely everything you could possible think of. Sue, our host went above and beyond to ensure me and my group of 11 friends had everything we needed. We had 5 couples in the group and everyone was very comfortable. We didn’t even use all the spaces in the home because it’s so spacious. The kitchen is amazing. Having 3 sinks, 2 dishwashers, 3 ovens made meal times a breeze. There were a couple of mishaps but Sue was very responsive. We had a day of golf at Arrowhead which was 5 minutes away from the house. We also visited the Painted Turtle -cider bar with barn animals and kitties! which was the only thing opened on Memorial Day (also 5 minutes away). Grand Rapids is only 30 minutes away, we ordered food one of the nights from Hop Cat. Grocery store is 15 minutes away. Great location, great house, the most quiet and clean lake we’ve been to, we’ll definitely come back.

Family vacation

We had a lovely visit. A few things happened...one of the GFI outlets had to be replaced which my son was able to do, we saw a mouse and discovered old food in the basement. We set traps. Then the tornado storm hit very close to us in Kent County! The generator did not automatically come on so my sons had to work on it to discover the oil cap had not been secured by whomever worked on it prior to us. But in spite of these issues, our host was extremely responsive and tried very hard to make everything right. She worked with us at every step and tried to make sure we were taken care of. We had a wonderful time.

We Had A Blast

This home is spacious and beautiful inside & out with everything you need to enjoy your family. Well equipped and comfortable. It is big enough for a large family to each have their own space. We enjoyed the well equipped large kitchen, 2 dining room tables and the open floor plan had plenty of seating. We had fun fishing off the dock, using the kayaks, paddle boards & playing in the sand. You will not be disappointed renting this home.

This home is beautiful and well stocked for a multi family vacation, the Sandy beach was a big hit with the kids, rented a pontoon midweek and the lake was not busy, we had beautiful weather and a fantastic experience!

Wonderful family reunion week

The Lake House Stay

Our family of 11 adults between ages of 17-72 had a wonderful time. We stayed for 5 days in August 2022. The home was beautiful and spacious with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a huge kitchen completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. The beds were comfortable and clean. The hostess, Sue Anne, was lovely to work with. There were a few things that needed repair like the deck railing and the shower floor in one bathroom, but the owner was glad to hear of it, and is making every attempt to fix everything. The lake was fun for everyone and it was very easy to rent a pontoon boat from a nearby location. We will definitely stay there again.

Awesome Week

We had a great family vacation at this beautiful property. Accommodations were perfect in every way. Every family member from youngest granddaughter to great grandma had an awesome experience. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, beds were very comfy and bathrooms all well stocked with towels and necessities. Everyone enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks that were provided and the weather was perfect as well, for lots of outdoor fun. We would definitely like to return again next year.
