There were four adults and four kids in our group that stayed for the week; this was exactly what we needed. Check in was incredibly easy and the communication from Kim and Jim was amazing. The beach area was great for the kids and the covered gazebo was helpful as is was very hot the week we stayed. Golf cart was a huge help taking things down to the beach as well.There was a nice floating raft and a paddleboard for the kids to take out. The house itself had all you need for a 8-10 people. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals for a larger group, plenty of bed space for everyone and two living/family rooms for relaxing. My family has vacationed at Murray lake for the last three years and this was definitely our favorite place!Also want to say thanks to Tony & Brodie at Living Water Adventures in Grand Rapids for the Jet Ski Rental.

Awesome Lake House

We had a fantastic week on Murray Lake. Our hosts, Kim and Jim, went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and the lake was accessible to our family. The house was well furnished and had everything necessary, including supplies for s’mores, lots of beach towels and a wagon to help us take things to and from the house and lake. We can not thank them enough for an awesome vacation.

Another Great Stay

This was our second time staying here, and this time was just as great as the last one! Jim and Kim are so hospitable, and let our girls play with their dogs, which they LOVED! The house was clean and everything was as advertised! Overall a great stay and look forward to another stay here in the future!

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay here! The house was so nice and perfectly set up for an extended family trip. The kids loved splashing on thr Beach and we enjoyed renting the pontoon for the week as well. We'd definitely stay here again!

Perfect

I can’t say anything bad about our stay and the most adorable home. Kim and Jim were so friendly and accommodating…just loved them, very responsive. The lake was clean and stayed at a comfortable temperature for swimming. The place us full of charm, and property is stunning. Neighbors friendly, but not invasive. Everything, including the countryside was perfect for 3 generations under one roof. So sad to go!

Taste of lake living

We rented this lake home as a family Christmas gift and boy was it everything we hoped it to be! The accommodations were perfect, so clean and nicely decorated and plenty of room for everyone. The hosts thought of everything from kitchen utensils, s’mores supplies, firewood, bath & beach towels and even provided a wagon to bring our stuff down to the beach. Would highly recommend this rental on a beautiful lake!

Stunning sunrises

Best hosts you can imagine, beautiful spacious and clean property, amazing view. I loved getting up early (6:30) and see the stunning sunrise! On the lake, great for entertainment and fun. If there is something you miss in this property, I’m quite sure Kim or Jim will find a way to get what you need. They go above and beyond. I’ll go back with my kids next year, this time I went with other adults as we all were part of a workshop in Ada.

Great family vacation!

Stayed here for a week, and really enjoyed the house and lake. The house Itself is spotless and has everything you need. My kids loved the basement, and bunk beds. The lake is beautiful and so clean for swimming and water sports. We rented the pontoon boat for the week, which was fun. S’mores by the lake every evening was a big hit with the kids. We had a truly wonderful weeks vacation and hope to return next year. Jim and Kim could not have been more helpful. Highly recommend this lake house.

Beautiful place

Beautiful place on the lake. The hosts took care to make sure we had everything we needed. They house has been redone and is beautiful. We enjoyed the fire pit by the lake and the gazebo. Great fishing and swimming off the dock. We enjoyed our stay.

Great Place to Stay

We stayed here for a week and it was a great time! Both Jim and Kim were very accommodating and wanted to ensure our stay was great! They had a nice little beach area where the two 5 year-olds could play; and it had a great gazebo area to sit right by them. The house was well maintained and had plenty of room for the 5 adults and 2 kids that we had staying there! The only issue we had was the weather, but that's out of anyone's control, and with that, there was enough space in the house to allow us all to be together and do something in there while it rained! The lake was nice and they had a pontoon available that we could rent as well; which was a great option and we took advantage of that as much as we could! Again, it was a great stay and can't say enough about the hospitality offered by the owners! Would definitely stay again!!
