Hotell i Lower Holker

“Perfect location for walking and chilling.”

“Very nice flat plenty of space and nice and clean.A few items could be improved, no soap in the property, instructions for the washing machine would be helpful .Guests staying a week or more it would be nice to have a welcome pack or at least some tea and milk etc . Biggest problem no Wi Fi , property uses a neighbours internet to run the smart Tv which only had one bar or didn’t work at all for the 1st 3 days but tv guys sorted it to freeview. As the phone signal is not good in the area I really...

“Loved the quirky fixtures and fittings in the room.”

“The property has real presence and looks stunning. Its decor is in keeping with the property and looks a bit worn but makes it feel loved. Breakfast was good but we had to wait both days for the food to be topped up as there’s only one waiter trying to do everything. The room was large and bed was comfy. The bathroom was not good no water pressure so water came out very slowly and not very hot. Shower unit was very noisy and no heating for such a big bathroom apart from a towel rail so it was...

“Wifi var uselt - tur att jag inte behövde det för viktiga förberedelser inför morgondagen. Någon hjälp med att åtgärda det fick jag inte - byte av rum erbjöds men..... Bortsett från det - om man vill koppla av och njuta av omgivningen är detta THE PLACE to be. Bra frukost - bra parkering.”

“Our room in the coach house was compact but was very clean, had everything we needed and overall satisfactory. Our room faced the main road so lots of traffic noise. The shower room window had clear glass & faced the car park with only a blind for privacy. Last time we stayed we were in a larger quieter Lapwing room which for us was better. Breakfast was very good food & service. All staff attentive, willing & helpful. Would stay again but aim for Lapwing upgrade.”

“I rarely write reviews about holiday stays but had to do so for our three night stay at Grange Manor. The room was fabulous-luxurious,spotless and so comfortable and the extra finishing touches made it a home from home. Breakfast served every morning in the room was a delight. No noisy dining room nor rush to have table cleared away. All was at our pace which was what we wanted. A peaceful haven in a beautiful setting with the most friendly and helpful staff made this break first class. We...

“Fabulous place to stay and eat.”

“Fantastic service and feelgood place:-) ”

“Det var med sorg jag lämnade detta hotell efter så kort vistelse. Ett i det närmaste perfekt hotell med vacker arkitektur och inredning, trevlig och hjälpsam personal (ordnade t.ex. en frukostpåse åt mig när jag behövde lämna hotellet tidigt), samt fullt med bekvämligheter. Hoppas kunna komma tillbaka hit någon gång!”

“Real luxury, and a quiet, dark night's sleep.”
