I went through the request process to change my dates and they refused. They charged me despite the fact that I made an honest mistake and wanted to update my reservation the same day it was made. “They weee having issues with A/C. Tried to switch me to different rooms but no luck. Asked for a fan to assist with air circulation and it never was delivered. I asked for no penalty cancellation and it was granted. Staff was very understanding. Property and room was well maintained.”
