“Best hotel ever, so cool and staff was amazing. A must see and visit.”

“Clean, nice, great staff!”

“Booked a suite but when we checked in and got up to the room, it was not a suite. Went to the lobby they advised that there were no suites available and since I booked through Expedia there was nothing that could be done. I was able to get some bedding to make a pallet on the floor.”

“Everything was great.”

“When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee? “Good value for money, central location, you can walk to Broadway and Riverwalk”

“It’s a cheap hotel, nothing less and nothing more. I got what I expected for the price and was happy with it.”

“I didn’t like that they charge you the morning that you are due to check in before you even check in but overall everything else was great breakfast and all.”

“The hotel is located near the Civic Center so I found it to be convenient. The property has been recently renovated and was in great shape. The kitchenette was well stocked. I slept well on the comfy bed and pillows. I was able to keep the room cool for sleeping. My only complain is that there was a hair woven into the loops of one of the hand towels. Gross. Everything else was fine.”
