âI stayed at this EconoLodge because we were visiting a friend at UNC Chapel Hill Hospital. We were greeted promptly and with courtesy. I got our keys and went to out rooms. Both rooms were very clean. They were professionally done; by that I mean the beds were made, floors swept and mopped, all surfaces cleaned, sink cleaned, bathroom cleaned, with the toilet and tub sparkling. âAt check-in, Jada was amazing.
The room was great all together.
Not really a breakfast, just continental.
The only issue was the toilet kept running if the handle was not shaken after use.

âCheckin was a mess. I was told to take a smaller room than what i had paid for, i insisted and was then given key to a room that was already occupied (with bags and clothes everywhere) Some 20 min later i got access to an unoccupied room. Attitude of reception staff nonchalant. Later during the stay i again found reception staff members non-cooperative.
The hotel is old and feels dingy. Room itself fine however.
Easy access to downtown Raleigh by bus, stop just 200 metres outside.â
âVery nice. Appreciate the complimentary bottle water, cookies and internet. Needed tooth paste and the staff brought the toothpaste and tooth brush to my roomâ
