“The room was spacious and clean. The cooked breakfast was well presented, hot and filling, particurally after avert varied choice of cereals,fruit and yoghurt. The owners were interested in what we were doing and ensured we had the best experience that they could offer.”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the Royal Oak. The room was basic, but clean and adequate. The bed was comfortable. We ate dinner there as well and it was delicious. The breakfast was good. My husband got the full English and I got scrambled eggs and bacon. The scrambled eggs seemed to be the rehydrated kind, but otherwise the meal was good. We would stay here again. ”

“Parking was a nightmare. Checking in at the bar was awful, the bar staff were rude, didn't even look up from him screen. The room was small, and severely dated, with a toilet that faced the bath tub, and as a 6ft tall person, it was not a comfortable experience. The bath tub was so old that the white has come off, and it was a disgusting yellow with deep scratches on the bottom. The breakfast was terrible, the hot food was cold, undercooked, and the eggs sat there so long they had almost a...
