“We checked in late and the overnight employee was amazing. Helpful and kind. In the morning we woke up to several bugs (large flying ants) in our bathroom. Not a huge deal. I took a couple pictures and showed them to the young man checking us out. He completely dismissed my concerns and said, "OH, I was in room 214 last night and I had a bunch of bugs too." Gross. I am not a guest who complains, but I do work in costumer service and I not happy with being told that this wasn't the only unclean...

“WiFi always going down”

“Vi har rest runt nu i 10 dagar i nordöstra USA. Vi har betalat runt $100 per natt. Detta var hittills det bästa stället. Mycket fräscht. Bra restaurang och bar. Första stället som serverade frukost på riktiga tallrikar istället för plast! Ligger en bit från motorvägen men är värt omvägen. Verkar vara ett ställe som folk åker till för att fiska. “Very helpful staff. They are renovating some areas, but there is no construction debris lying around like you usually see with hotel renovations. Room was clean. Everything was in good working condition. Lots of hot water. Extra blanket in the closet if needed, which is rare these days.
