Overpriced outdated breakfast was not good Pool was broken down concrete around it kid sliced his foot on it Overall it wasn’t nasty but def not worth the money

Back door to property does not close so anyone can get in. Only hand towels provided in bathrooms, no bath towels. Ceiling fan didn't have blades when I arrived, were added after first night. AC barely cooled the room. Staff was nice. Bed was comfortable and clean but overall did not feel safe.

So much to say. Elevators.. 1 out of service, 2nd one is past its inspection date and falls 2-3” when you get to the 3rd floor. We stayed 4 nights, our room was only cleaned once, and by cleaned I mean garbage taken out, and towels replaced. No bed made, not vacuumed and last guest lips marks all over balcony door window. Oh and balcony was covered in bird poop so you couldn’t use. Pool was cleaned once, then was unusable as it had garbage floating in it. The area around the pool was covered in piles of bird poop and cigarette butts. So gross. The breakfast area was not cleaned or looked after until after breakfast was done. So if you were going about an hour after it opened it was filthy. Never used it as it was sticky everywhere. I can not believe this is the standard of best western now.

We checked into our room and beds looked like someone had took a nap in them. Fronk desk area looks neat and clean but the halls look sketchy. We requested a refund and found another hotel

Elevator, ice machine and hot tub out of service. The pool was “closed for the season” but wasn’t open when I stayed here last summer either so I think they’re just selling hope. The howler head stand was malfunctioning and would not stay in the same spot, at one point it turned outside the shower curtain, while I was washing my face, and soaked the entire bathroom. The other elevator works but it was a sketchy ride up and down. I didn’t hate my stay entirely as there were the basics that I needed while I was there for work. However, I think it’s wrong for them to advertise amenities that aren’t available, as if they were. It also seems they care little for the condition of their establishment. One elevator was out of commission and the other was a sketchy ride both ways.

One blanket was dirty we couldn't use it, and the restroom was stained with black spots one the floor like they didn't clean or mop it, and the carpet had red stains everywhere..not good my necie had a new born and we couldn't travel that night or we would have it was to late to changed hotels..
