Visit Texas Tech Student for birthday weekend
We were looking for a location to stay at with family so we could visit and celebrate our daughter's birthday. She is a current student at Texas Tech. This location was close to the school and big enough for all of us to be in one place. Our daughter loved that she was able to have a home cooked meal.

Dirty and unkept.
Unfortunately this house was a bit disappointing. The bathrooms and kitchen were clean but the floors and rugs were not swept/vacuumed or mopped. My daughters feet turned black on the bottom after just a little while of being there and taking her socks off. There was not a broom to at least sweep up and also very low amount of wash rags/towels. Especially for the amount of people able to stay. No plug for the drain to bathe littles. Also super tall grass in the back with dead branches falling down so littles couldn’t play outside. Disappointing for the amount we paid and that was just during week nights. Plus we are expected to wash our own dishes and take out the trash when we’re done but they couldn’t clean the floors and rugs for us before we get there. Unfortunately can’t recommend and would not choose to stay again.

Great place to stay
We came to Lubbock for my nephews baby shower. This place was big enough for our family to stay together. The beds were very comfy and the house was clean. It's a great place to stay with lots of people. We will stay here again

Bare bones
Arrived to find that housecleaner had not come since prior guest. Owner was very responsive and housecleaner arrived promptly and did a nice job. Property is a little tired, but clean. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable. No soap or shampoo in showers.

Great place for large family
Host was amazing!!! Home has everything to make your stay comfortable!!! Use of the garage was definitely a plus!!! Nice, quiet neighborhood and a beautiful park just a few blocks away for the kiddos. We were in town for a wedding and this home was perfect for our big family to hang out. Plenty of towels!!! The beds were very comfortable.

Family Christmas
Our group of 6 adults and 1 toddler stayed at this property for 4 nights during the Christmas holidays. We found it to be spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located. There was plenty of seating in the living area, and we were all pleased with how comfy the beds were. The weather was particularly cold that week, so we were so thankful to find extra blankets were provided. It was also nice to have a working garage for 2 vehicles and driveway space so no one had to park on the street. There were plenty of bath towels, kitchen towels, toilet tissue, paper towels, hand soap, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, etc. Nice for a group or a family with kids. Look forward to staying there again. Thanks!

Early Family Thanksgiving
Our family celebrated Thanksgiving early this year & this property accommodated our group perfectly! The house is spacious & we never felt crowded even when local family came over for visits. We would definitely stay here again if it's available!

Patents weekend
Second time to use a property from this owner. Great communication. Parents weekend is always a challenge to find an affordable place. Going in on a 4 BDR house can really help ease that. This property was spacious and quiet.

Hi Rebekah. I'm sorry that you didn't find the living room furniture comfortable. I don't believe we've had that complaint about that before as it is newer furniture, but we will see what we can do about it.

Great property
Needed somewhere to stay for a few days upon moving to Lubbock before our home was available & this property was great. Plenty of space. The house was clean and had comfy beds and couch. Nice location close to Tech. Hosts checked on us via email which was nice. Will recommend to others coming into town for sure!

Loved the Launch Pad
The Launch Pad did not disappoint! The property had ample space and seating for our multi-family group. Having 3 king beds AND 2 queen beds in 4 bedrooms makes this property special. The proximity to TTU is a big bonus. We will be back!

Perfect for a family visit
We were visiting our son who is a student at Texas Tech. This rental was perfect for our group allowing space to hang out as a family. enjoying family dinners etc! Location was also great. Rental contacts were very responsive and helpful with questions. We would highly recommend!

Family getaway
This was a beautiful home and was perfect for our weekend. Nicely equipped and a quiet neighborhood. Check in and out were easy, expectations basic and clearly communicated. Garrot was responsive to questions. The back yard was the thing that could be made more inviting and would add extra appeal.

Very nice home for families, perfect features, quiet neighborhood.
Our family rented this excellent home for 4-nights while visiting family in Lubbock TX. The home was perfect. Great floorplan, modern touches, nice, quiet neighborhood and a two car garage to boot. The kitchen was well-equipped. It was also perfect for our 93-year old father as far as accessibility with his walker, getting-around the house, etc. The property hosts were the BEST we have experienced to-date! Great house with a convenient location to Tech
Layout was great for our group of 6. Nice having a bedroom with two double beds for the kids. No local tv channels or cable but you can download any apps that you need to watch tv (we used YouTube tv). Nice having garaged parking for two cars. The owners were great communicators, always getting back to me within the hour to answer any questions.

Great experience!
The house was beautiful and clean! The beds were comfortable so we slept great, and each room had a television. Instead of going out to eat, we grilled out on the patio and had a good time hanging out.

WOW, this place was amazing-we had an event and needed about 4-5 rooms which would have cost us a fortune-I found this place which was exactly what we needed! Very clean-LOVE the decorating-Very quiet! Very comfortable! The owners were great with emailing and making sure everything was fine or if we had an issues. I would say if you can stay here do it-the house was so nice we said we would buy this house

Great stay in Lubbock!
Lots of room! as pictured, great back yard, brand new BBQ, pet friendly didn't bring ours this time but will next time. High speed internet 500MBS++ TV's in every room. Two car garge was great. Beds comfortable and quality sheets and towels. Owners checked in with us each day to make sure everything was great.
