And spent $40. They gave us 2 bottles of water at check in and in the time I put them down and got my bags half the water leaked all over the desk from both bottles. “Hotel is under major construction and the construction workers have paint and everything all over the floors”

“Internet was basically unavailable in our 3rd floor room. Asked the desk clerk about it and was told there were no other complaints. The water in the shower barely came out and took several minutes to heat up. The refrigerator was falling out of the cabinet because of a hole on the bottom. Breakfast did not start until 7:00 AM.”
