Dear Customer, Thank you for choosing our hotel, we regret that you did not like our Villa. The laws of the Tuscany Region allow us to use the pool only for hotel guests and not for friends and relatives, this for the safety of guests. Oer restaurant in the evening was full and most of the customers still had to start their dinner. As you may have noticed we tried to accommodate you and your families with an early check in and let's shoot that this was appreciated. Thank you

Dear Guest, thank you for your feedback. We always appreciate to hear that our guests enjoyed their stay. you are right: we have big rooms with tiny bathrooms and small rooms with big bathrooms. Beeing an old villa we are not allowed to touch the preexisting space. If you come back to visit us we can show you how different are our rooms. Kind regards
