“Classic hotel in the centre of the old town in Luzern. Swiss quality and standard, clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. Skipped breakfast this time but I know from my past stay that it is good.”

Under renovation, my room was nice and recently done but everything was not in place in the room yet. Missed a smaller desk/table for work. Breakfast ok with fresh fruit but still quite basic. Staff friendly and helpful. Do not need new towels every day- spend a little bit more time on cleaning instead”

“The views from the room - over the lake and the mountains - are simply amazing! Big panorama windows in the room give you a chance to really enjoy the views. The room was newly renovated and very nice. Good breakfast - also with a view- and good service. Sun beds in the garden to enjoy the lake and the views. “Overall a nice stay, but all this check in yourself and write on a slow screen isn't a great first impression. Adding all the details, password number, addresses etc. Nice view from the room at 6th floor and good breakfast”
