“Very central hotel with easy access to everything in Luzern. A bit of noise from the traffic in the rooms closest to the main street. Under renovation, my room was nice and recently done but everything was not in place in the room yet. Missed a smaller desk/table for work. Breakfast ok with fresh fruit but still quite basic. Staff friendly and helpful. Do not need new towels every day- spend a little bit more time on cleaning instead”

“The views from the room - over the lake and the mountains - are simply amazing! Big panorama windows in the room give you a chance to really enjoy the views. The room was newly renovated and very nice. Good breakfast - also with a view- and good service. Sun beds in the garden to enjoy the lake and the views. “Overall a nice stay, but all this check in yourself and write on a slow screen isn't a great first impression. Adding all the details, password number, addresses etc. Nice view from the room at 6th floor and good breakfast”
