“A small Grand Hotel older style hotel in the centre of Luzern. Liked the parquet floor in the room, the large window facing the lake and the overall ambience. Easy access to public but Luzern centre is just a few minutes walk away. Plenty of variety for breakfast and a very comfy bed.”

We stayed in Room 340 for 2 nights. The amenities promised were not working at all.
1. Toilet door was jammed and difficult to open when locked from inside. When I complained about it staff said they'll bring some technician and fix it. Nothing was fixed , I complained next day again, different staff responded as this was the only room having a lock to bathroom door and said it was marked as fixed in their complaint registry, even though no one fixed it.
