“This hotel was absolutely wonderful and made our trip to Engleberg so worth the detour we took to go there. The staff was excellent with the most note worthy service being provided by Freya and Lazio. We stayed in the Epoque room which was one of the loveliest beautifully appointed rooms with rounded windows but modern Scandinavian style furniture and a gorgeous up to date bathroom! And the bed was extremely comfortable. We had an outstanding experience and highly recommend this property. ”

“If heaven had a franchise, it would be here. The only problem is we lost an Apple product and could see it move away (likely taken by staff since it was in spa robes) but the staff didn’t offer any compensation. That was the only down side. ”
